I enjoy this Big Lots. They keep the store clean and the staff is friendly. The air conditioning doesn't work but that's the only negative thing to say

Clean store and we'll stocked!

Clean inside and offers a wide variety of merchandise. Prices are very reasonable and offers coupons if on the rewards program. Get a Big Lots card find extra rewards sales. Also a larger location on Elk Grove blvd.

Big Lots has a lot of gift ideas. Most of their products are less than a grocery store. I bought Christmas gifts. They have food products that I can't find anywhere else.

I hadn't been to a Big Lots in some time. I was pleasantly surprised by this location. It was very clean and well organized. The staff were helpful and very friendly. I found a rose gold iPhone 7 case for only $8. Some of their prices even beat my favorite go-to stores!

Has everything you need on sale. Great for seasonal stuff and end of seasons bargains. Haven't had good luck with the electronics but the bargains in food are great. They have furniture. Styles haven't changed much in the last 4-5 years. Their home and kitchen items are excellent value and price. They often have food from around the world. Fun to experience.

I don't always see this when im their but the cashier was very respect to the homeless male who had forgot why he was standing their no one behind me was disrespectful to him either .
It reminds me especially now days how
most of use are just 1 pay check of following in that mans foot steps and
I would want to be treated like a human being also no mater how much money I had
Or how I was looking .
This store would get 10 stars if ot was a option kindness and compassion is free .
And the people who work between 9:20 am to 11am are amazing people a great example of you never no who is watching ❤

Prices are decent for some of the items I get when I have the chance to go to that store.

This store is great but what made the experience even better for me was Jessica, she was an amazing worker and just perfect customer service from her 10/10 they are lucky to have her!

Customer service is good here the cashier's welcome u with a smile. I have to say i love the different types of things u can buy here from home decor to furniture to make up and candies I may need as well as just enough of anything else to keep u fascinated to window shop to interest ur fancy.

THEY HAVE: FOOD, ACCESSORIES FOR CELL PHONE, CLEANING SUPPLIES, PET ITEMS, HYGIENE STUFF, HOUSEWARE, EATING / COOKING UTENSILS, FURNITURE & ETC. U NAME IT: MORE THAN LIKELY ..... THEY WILL HAVE IT. I LOVE IT HERE, BC ONCE I ENTER ..... I ALWAYS EXIT W/ EVERYTHING THAT I NEED FOR EVERY ROOM IN THE HOUSE. #TEAMBIGLOTS‼

Big Lots always has a large variety of items. Sometimes the items are even reasonably priced, other times they're little more expensive than what you'd expect. Oftentimes the variety is something that you can't find at other stores. The area in which it's located can be a little iffy, especially as it gets dark, as there is sometimes quite a number of homeless around and other more suspicious looking people. However during the daylight hours it's very safe or so it appears to be.

Very clean at most times...They all Greeted us. Prices are pretty good considering the heightened economy and jobs. I frequent this store often. The employees are very nice !!

It was great...I found the Bundt cake pans. I've been looking for them for weeks! The salesperson was helpful and kind. The cashier was thoughtful, friendly, and funny.

Great store for urgent needs. The manager is so helpful. She is kind, welcoming and respectful. My whole family comes there and All know her by her bright smile.

Nice little store! Friendly staff! 😀 The store layout has changed 01/05/21, not sure if I like it, but the same products and discount prices are still available!
