The employees were personable and sweet. Prices were surprisingly low, it being the first time I've been. I got a great razor set for $12.99.

This store is well stocked filled with lovely treasures and the staff are so polite. Ross will be around for a long time. They know Customer Service!

Best and the cheapest pace with almost everything in the store.

Sometimes the line is pretty long and they don't have bathrooms for customers. Different stores have different amount and types of inventory. Cheap prices on cheap jewelry, but really pretty stuff. And they have good face lotions for cheap. The service is ok, a little slow sometimes but Ross has almost everything that you need basically.

I give this store 5 stars because of all the stores I've been to in Utah, Arizona and CA this is the best managed. It is kept clean. The one in Folsom is always such a mess. I don't know why people have to try on shoes and leave them on the floor or leave their coffee or soda cups lying around for someone else to throw out. REALLY???? I assume Folsom patrons are at least as high class as Sacramento patrons, so that means management at this store is more on top of things, and I want them to know I appreciate it.

I love this Ross! They're always organized, and have great prices! I've found some great quality things here in the home goods section. Some nice metal stools for 22$ each, and my block set of Fiesta Ware knivea are a few of my favorite finds. They also have a really nice selection of dresses and shirts, and all the other usuals you find at a ross.

Absolutely love this store everytime we go shopping here we walk out with a basket over flowing with awesome deals. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They have everything you could ever need for you, your family, your house, animals ect.

I like shopping at Ross, good place to find budget friendly items. I especially like shopping for house hold items. Lots of eye candy, choose wisely.

The one located on hurley way has great selection..and it's close to other shops as well.

Great customer service management is amazing came I had an issue with refund that Managment personnel resolved without a problem Manager Darline has excellent customer service skills this store is blessed with skillful person such as her she helped me with refund was capable to r solve th issues a teller couldn’t. Again I have to say this is a great place to shop

Love this store. My favorite. U can find brand names 4 less. It sure beats Walmart, Target, and Amazon on certain items

I was able to find what I wanted in ten minutes and glided through checkout in record time. Pricing allowed me to double my gifting purchases.

Found couple good sketches in here for a very good price, lots of brand names for junior sizes. One of my favorite Rosses in Sacramento County

Their options in clothing really sucks I don’t know who’s picking the clothes but I have had a hard time looking for things here

I love Ross for its affordable named brand items. Sometimes you get what you pay for but for the most part you just get a lot of good stuff at a discounted price.
