Taco Bell

They did an excellent job taking the order for 7 tacobell boxes and getting the orders right. The one problem they always have is that the drinks don't taste like their suppose to. Always watered down and no flavor.

Edit: by the way Kong is an amazing cashier to us and was being so patient with my indecisive girlfriend 😂. Also it looked like he was also training a new employee real good. they have mango iced tea! Its pretty good!

They always get my order fast and correct ❤ once in a while the drive through takes long but not always. Customer service is great

Consistent, good quality. Just make sure that the new hires aren't cooking please! This is the only time I've had minor issues with my order🤕

At first I was upset because they said I needed to come in instead of drive thru. But I can totally understand why. I had a huge order. They were super fast and accurate. Even with my semi bad attitude.which quickly changed since they were soooo nice. They even offered to help me to my car. Great experience. Thank you Taco Bell staff. And I am so sorry for my wack attitude. Keep up the great work.

I always order a soft taco with extra beef and 3 cheese blend. Sometimes not everything I request is remembered. This day my taco was perfect. I tried something new which was the grilled cheese chalupa. It was far better than I could ever have imagined. I will order it again. But I was so thrilled to have the Mexican pizza back. There is a big debate over whether or not the product has changed. I can't tell any difference and I don't care because I enjoyed eating it so much. I have heard that demand has far exceeded supply and they need time to catch up. Please be quick. And bring back the enchirito. I have to order a burrito with rice lettuce black beans cheese and sour cream. Then I have them cover it with red sauce and 3 cheese blend. I also miss the nacho supreme. The Belgrande is too much food. And the triple layer nachos is wonderful if u add beef and 3 cheese blend. Perfect snack. My 17 year old son misses the beefy fritos burrito. I hope their menu recovers from covid deprivation. And long live the Mexican pizza!

This by far is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to the ladies tonight on May 29th at 12:10ish where the most friendliest knowledgeable sweetest Taco Bell workers I've ever encountered and the food is so good I just want to say if I can give you a hundred Stars I would and if I should have tipped you thank you so much for my mango drink you guys are the best and then these nachos are just slamming tastes like you put your foot in it thank you so much again for being a great part of Sacramento county Taco Bell on Mack road .

All the workers there tonight with exception to 1 latina female worker..that spoke up for me. About how bad the food was prepared. Thanks man.. even the manager is lazy. Inconsiderate and all except for the latina employee acted as if I was bothering them while they were supposed to be working. Horribley made food ..

This Taco Bell is clean smells clean and the service is fast the real meaning of fast food! And the dinning room is clean no dirty tables the restroom is clean too parking lot clean good place to eat folks I like it cashier's are perky and bright!

I will assume this is the bell @ fruitridge & 99. The employees really are friendly, the manager is friendly, kind, caring and has a great sense of humor. I have never used my real name at any restaurant ever, he enjoys that, especially as of late when I used Barack Obama... Unfortunately for ALL OF US, the employee did not know how to spell Barack Obama...
It's in "Da Hood" so, you gotta watch yo self but, the employees do a good job as well!

We frequent Taco Bell on Mack Rd. before heading out for a road trip, a shopping day or we just want a great breakfast burrito. The restaurant is always clean inside & out. Everyone seems to be friendly & our orders are always ready in a reasonable amount of time, with no mistakes. Our favorite menu choice is the Breakfast Scrambled Steak Burrito or the new Bacon Club Chalupa . . . . yummy. I also appreciate they have Diet Mountain Dew.

There was a mistake on my order, but fortunately the manager Carlos Nava was extremely polite and was able to solve the problem immediately. Very nice staff, I'll definitely come back.

Im seriously baffled at how fast they made my food. Ive never had a friggin huge order like that completed before I even had the chance to sit down. Amazing, and well made too.

Like, so fast and good I felt compelled to rate a taco bell. Who does that? This one is a keeper.

I went inside me and my daughter and It was really nice I think they rebuilt it inside because it looked brand new and the workers were very nice as well

It was a Taco Bell conveniently in line with my errands. They were fast and the Burrito tasted great.

Love their tacos but sorta sad thay nonger make the Mexican pizza any more at this location not sure if thay stoped them at all locations tho style give them 5 stars

My son and I like to eat Taco Bell. I like bean burritos with green sauce instead of red, Nacho supreme. My son likes the ground beef enchirito, Mexican pizza, meximelt. I think some people don't realize they still sell enchiritos and meximelts. There are other items we also like to eat. But these are a few. We do recommend Taco Bell it's good. Keep up the good work Taco Bell 😋 👍
