Called in and spoke directly to Fernando the manager, didn't he was the manager until i saw a prior comment. He found me two quotes, but highly recommended one over the other. I was happy with the quote and happy with the fact they he was able to walk me through getting my vehicle suspension lifted and getting me my tags set up. Most people are shun away from going above and beyond for costumers, I am grateful that he helped me out with this. If anyone ever needs help with getting car insurance, call and ask for this guy. He helped me out.

Nightmare company. Beware of these slackers. Signing up was a nightmare, I should have known back then the first time they lost my banking info! Now I get a notice that my insurance has been cancelled due to non payment. I WAS "SETUP FOR AUTO PAYMENT" so I never expected a bill. Turns out the company didn't follow through and get all of my information out to the insurance co. I called to rectify the situation. And 3 different people didn't call me back. Top it off today the last time I called them I was put on hold for the manager for about ten minutes, THEY HANG UP ON ME, THEN STOP ANSWERING MY CALLS LOL Very professional!!!! Hide all you want these reviews will be all over the net! Horrible company!

I'd give negative stars if I could. I have a policy with them, but every time I call they pick up the phone and then hang up on you. I called back several times in a row and they just picked up the phone & hung up. So unprofessional & so tacky. Don't do business here if you expect professionalism and courtesy

This place sucks ass man. The police came to close this place cuz they didn’t treat customers the right way. It was almost always closed this year and they opened when they felt like it. Don’t come to the one in Fontana cuz the police closed it down.

Hola el servicio que esta aseguransa me ha dado es el peor. Por que page casi $700 dolares
Por 6 Meses de aseguransa y solo me dieron 2 Meses sin darme cuenta paso es tiempo y yo sin aseguransa y no fueron para avisarme .la agente Angie y Janet fueron las que llevaron mi caso .por cierto muy malas agentes .siento mucho Decirlo
Pero me robaron mi dinero. Me trajeron mas de un mes con escusas solo para cansarme y cuitear. Una delas mas peores aseguransas porfavor mi gente no agarren esta aseguransa.se hacen llamar enigma insurance.todo lo hacen por telefono. Creo que asi es mas facil robarles ala gente .se encontraban en fontana en sierra ave ala Altura del pollo loco .ahora solo atienden por telefono .su numero comiensa con el 1(888 )
