If I could give a negative star rating to Rene I would and let me tell you why. He literally does not do his job and I dont understand why? He seems kind of polite over the phone but dont let that fool you. once you sign up with him (and he gets your money) he won't help you anymore. As an agent he is supposed to provide customer service for his Insured (his customers). I can tell you from personal experience he does not. If you ever need a Certificate of Insurance for your finance company, he will lie to them and never send anything (that's for all you Truck drivers out there. You all understand me because your finance company will fine you if you don't keep that document updated) And if you ever get in an accident, good luck trying to file a claim because he never answers his phone and will ignore calls. Everyone, please save yourselves the trouble. DO NOT GET INSURANCE THROUGH THIS COMPANY. THEY PROVIDE NO SERVICE.
