Garlic Jim's Pizza Mill Creek

I usually don’t write reviews unless the service is wonderful and someone needs help growing their business. But I have been meaning to say something kind about this pizza chain in our neighborhood for years so today is the day. First off, their pizza is our favorite!! The pizzas are consistently high quality and every time we branch out we have a new favorite - smokin sweet BBQ, gourmet garlic!

But secondly, (and the reason I felt inclined to write this); the customer service at this branch is consistently exceptional. The employees who work at the Mill Creek Garlic Jim’s are all so pleasant and it has been this way for years! I keep thinking we just caught them on a good night but it is clear to me that they hire just genuinely good people. They are always so welcoming and even the people in the back making the pizzas will often strike up brief conversation or thank you for coming in - but it never feels awkward or forced, just genuine and comfortable. Happy to support our local gem.

We love this place! The food is great (my favorite is the cheesebread!), the employees are friendly, and the service is always efficient. Highly recommend.

Delicious pizza and fair pricing. I like the thinner crust but their regular is quite good too. The peanut butter cookie is heavenly!
And I appreciate they called me to let me know they were running a little behind.

Pizza is delicious! The sauce doesn't taste like it's from a jar, it's sweet and flavorful. The new gluten-free pizza surprisingly does not taste like cardboard! It's yummy! And I really love the fact that you can get ice cream. Great way to top off pizza. Customer service has also been great.

This is my favorite pizza place around! I prefer Garlic Jims over many competitors in the area because of the high quality, fresh ingredients. The homemade pizza sauce is very tasty! I like the vegetarian pizza and when asked, I know it will be handled separately from the meat pizzas. Pricing is a bit higher than other pizza places, but to me it's worth it for the quality.

This is my go-to pizza place with delicious pizza and friendly service. Their standard pizzas are great and they have some interesting specialty pizzas (southwest chicken was a hit). Prices on the specialties could be a little lower, but otherwise no complaints. I usually order for pick-up. Don't know how delivery is, and it's not really situated to be able to dine in.

Pizza is amazing! This is my go to store for pizza. If you’ve never had garlic Jim’s, TRY IT! You won’t be disappointed. Unless of course you’re from out of town and don’t have one of them in your area... I would be disappointed too.

*Experience*
I called after signing up for the coupon text program. It said I got a large one topping pizza for 9.99 and to show them when I got there. I called and the customer service rep said he didn’t know about it and he would ask his manager. When he got back on the phone he asked if I was talking about a large one topping for 12 and some change and I said no. He said his manager didn’t know about the deal, I kind of laughed and said it’s all over the website. He then placed me back on hold then said his manager would honor it. When I came in to pick up my order, there was a huge folding table with a stand up sign and flyers spread out all over it letting customers know about the deal lol. Must have Hit the bong a few too many times to miss that walking into work.

Since moving here, they have been consistently good, and I enjoy the food every time. Unfortunately I am out if their delivery radius. But that is not a problem for me, worth it every time.

Amazing pizza! We get hand tossed and gluten free crusts. By far the best gluten free crust I've found so far. They also support Veterans with a great discount and voice their appreciation for our service.

Since it’s only my wife and I for holidays, we coined the phrase “Easter Feaster,” where each Easter we will order something fun to eat that we haven’t had before.

This year’s Easter Feaster 2021 was spent eating a delicious “Gourmet Hawaiian Pizza” from Garlic Jim’s (Mill Creek) with a side of cheesy bread. The pizza was nothing short of absolutely delicious, and the cheesy bread was too good (we, unfortunately, couldn’t stop eating it).

If you like Hawaiian pizza, you really need to give the Gourmet Hawaiian a shot (and be sure to pick up a side of cheese bread). We will definitely be back!

Excellent service. We accidentally sent our order to a different GJP. The manager called the other store for me and cancel the order and placed an expedited order at the store I was in. I was walking out 10 minutes later with freshly cooked pizzas.

I love garlic Jim's pizza!!! Definetly need to try their pizza If you are a "pizza lover." I highly recommend this place and truly believe you will not be dissapointed with the taste. The Pizza is a little bit pricey but I think it's worth it. This particular location has great customer service and friendly.

Yeah... It's Garlic Jim's. If you've never had them before, just do it. You can't go wrong with their pizzas, specials, or salads.

Plus you know, supporting local business. They are super legit.

Many times my family has ordered here and we have had amazing experiences and the food is always delicious especially the garlic bread!

Never a complaint. Good pizza at a fair price with quick delivery. My special request for my pizza cooked well done yields a nice pie.
