Commercial testing and licensing! Site was very clean and has plenty of space. Didn't feel claustrophobic like other DMVs.
Arrived early and had very minimal waiting time, especially for a Friday. Took 6 tests and was out of there within and hour and a half! The clerks were helpful and nice making the process smooth. Got congratulated upon completion

She is very nice, works very seriously, is responsible for the students, and has a great attitude. I am very happy to meet her. Her name is Liyan!

This is for commercial Class A and BP testing site. The place is very wide and roomy. Various type of examiners. Some are angels, some are tough. 😎

All associates at this location are very friendly, helpful and efficient. Very knowledgeable about their duties and responsibilities. Professionalsm and respect is paramount. Exceptional service,

They get you in quickly, all windows open. Get tested, get results and out! Faster than the DMV.

Fast and efficient. I arrived early and took my driver's test ahead of my scheduled time.

Everyone here is just awesome. They really know their stuff when it come to commercial drivers.

COMMERCIALS ONLY DMV!!!! We got here 15 minutes before it opened on a Friday and my husband was out of there by 8:40am with his truck drivers permit after taking the 4 tests!!! Quick service here, but not for any services that are for the general public needs. Only commercial drivers. I noticed the couple people who came here and wasted their time which is why I'm posting this review so hopefully somebody sees it and can find out that it is not to renew your regular registration or driver's license. :-)

Very busy, long line never seen it so long before. But staff handle it well and took care of everyone great

It was great quick and easy and the people were very polite.

So the 1st time I took my driving test the Chinese guy was very strict on me and I was nervous so I failed because I went past the line in the intersection. Today I took the test from the guy named Albert... Let me tell you he made me feel so comfortable that I drove the truck with ease and passed. He is the best driving instructor I have ever taken a test from. He only works a couple days a week there because he said he retired but then came back because they needed the help... Albert should be doing most of the driving tests.. lol fr fr tho thanks I appreciate it.

My exam was at about 7:30 this morning and my examiner's name is Brittany and she's a patient examiner and gives me a lot of confidence! I wish every examiner could learn from Brittany! Special thanks to Brittany, thank you so much! thank fontana DMV

Great staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Clean and professional.

Be prepared for a little bit of a wait. For example, if you have an 11:30 am test scheduled, you probably will take the test around 1:30 pm. The staff is nice and very helpful.

Just passed my CDL class A license test! But just beware of Allie I was lucky I didn’t have her for my CDL test almost all the other examiners seem nice and ok but Allie doesn’t seem to like her job you’ll find out when you see her

Great school to be at their graduation rate is like top of the charts if you trying to get a class A this is the school to go to

I visited this dmv location on 1/15/2021 ( for reference). I needed to update my DOT physical documents which all commercial drivers must do either annually or every other year. FYI this location is ONLY FOR COMMERCIAL DRIVERS LICENSE CARRIERS OR APPLICANTS. DO NOT visit if you need anything related to a standard Class C drivers license. They open at 7am. I pulled up at 645am and there were about 15 people in line already. Not bad. While waiting in line 6’ apart on the designated lines, a staff member came out and scanned everyone waiting for temperature check. Then you get a sticker showing that you’ve been scanned. You then approach the gentleman at the entrance who then double checks you have all the documents needed for what you are there to do. Then you enter the building(if there is room and space available). Just for myself, I waited 20 minutes to submit my DOT physical documents. The staff member at the desk took 2 minutes to scan and submit it and give me a receipt. Pretty painless. Just double and triple check you have all documents needed before you wait in line for nothing. Good luck.

100% recommend this office, the person takes his time, guides you and kindly solves your needs. Thank God and the DMV examiner today Wednesday 7/27/22 I passed my class A commercial license exam. An excellent examiner, he gave me clear practice instructions and answered my questions from the beginning. He gave me confidence and security to start my class A exam. He guided me from the beginning to the end of the exam. In the driving test on the street he was guiding me and in advance he told me the clear instructions. Thank you very much to all the people of the Fontana DMV for their work and to the examiners for their patience, their knowledge and work being in the heat and sun they are guiding the students for the class A exams.
