This is one of the best Mexican resturants in Mill Creek/Lynnwood/Bothell area. The ambience is decent and the service is great. The food is high quality and reasonably priced. The portions are large.

The best dish here is the chicken mole - juicy chicken and flavorful mole sauce with rice and beans on the side. It also comes with a choice of soup or salad. That said, you can't really go wrong with your order. Everything in the menu is worth the price tag.

Highly recommended!

My meal was delicious. Like everyone said the Chicken soup is a must and the margaritas are fantastic. I highly recommend trying out this place!

Post hike lunch! Wow! The food here is amazing…highly recommend sharing, as the portions are big.
Chicken soup was delicious, along with the Shrimp Burrito, and spinach chimichangas and finished off with fried ice cream and churros! The melted caramel filled churros were so yummy!

Finally, a family run business and you can definitely tell. The customer service here too notch and they are sincere and respectful.
Visiting from Canada and we will definitely mark this as a favourite spot!

The place was amazing. Even though the sitting space is very limited, but taste wise it is one of the best dine-in Mexican places that I have been to. Tried their Nachos and Pollo Asado, both were Yum! Would definitely go again and try the other dishes.

This cozy restaurant is an exceptional find. The location is just off the beaten path, hidden by suburban sprawl and making for a lovely restaurant experience. I have rarely had such tender lengua or mole more hearty, and even that was in Latin America. The margaritas were surprisingly strong in comparison to local competition. The default salsa had a delightful zing in addition to its refreshing flavor. Casa Guerrero is a quiet gem of the Pacific Northwest.

I came here Sunday night for dinner. It was a warm day and most people were out BBQing. Therefore, we were the only table in the restaurant and got all the attention from the staff.

Husband ordered a combo with tostada, enchilada, and taco. I ordered cheese chilli relleno. And, we shared churro for dessert. A basket of chips with salsa were served before dinner. We enjoyed and liked a lot. Both our dinner plates were delicious in generous portion. But, we left some room for dessert. The friendly staff was able to let us know the size of the churro so I didn't ordered too much. Churro was super yummy, crispy outside and soft inside with filled cream.

Highly recommend!

Pollo a la Diabla is my long-time favorite. Spicey and rich in flavor. I think most everything is wonderful at Casa Guerrero, and the chicken soup is a taste of "homemade" you just can't deny.
Update:
I'm giving an updated review ~ one year later since my previous review here.
OO NOTE : tonight was the second time in the last month, and in both cases, our bill did not accurately reflect the prices on their menu. Pictures are attached for verification. So diner beware and hold this place accountable to some integrity.

They have such good food here! I also love the bowl of chicken soup you can get with any dish. It is truly some of the best Mexican food in the area. They also have a very friendly and attentive staff.

This is a very welcoming Mexican cuisine restaurant. The owners are very pleasant and happy.

Their Carne Asada, the Combo plate #1, and Marisco A La Diabla are all very delicious. The portion sizes are generous also.

I recommend this happy and welcoming restaurant if you are looking for delicious Mexican food that has a great atmosphere.

Check them out!

This review is based of off my first visit here on March 13th, 2017, dinner service experience.

This place is easy to miss when driving past if you have not been there before. Parking is OK, probably better or worse depending on the day and time of your visit. The restaurant itself is very small with only six booths and three 4-top tables in the middle.

There were plenty of other patrons there, a few couples and a few families with small children, everyone was welcome. Very family friendly which is nice. The music playing was good, exactly what I’d expect to hear when dining at a Mexican restaurant and only added to the pleasant atmosphere.

Sadly, they do not have queso here, though the server suggested the quesadilla and chorizo as it was similar. It was melted cheese and chorizo served inside a crispy tortilla with soft tortillas on the side; it was delicious! I ordered the pollo acapulco and it was not only brought to me with a nice presentation, but the flavors were amazing and worked harmoniously with each other. The portions were great and I didn’t have to “thin out” any of my ingredients to make it go around when making little tacos with my corn tortillas. My husband ordered the chicken fajitas and, same as mine, presentation and flavors were wonderful! The black bean soup and the chicken soup(?) were both very good as well.

Overall experience was great. I would give this place a 9/10 for sure. The prices are good and the portions are perfect. The food is tasty and presented nicely and the atmosphere is perfect for the type of restaurant. Service was fast and friendly, even though it looked like there was only one guy working there as host, server, and buser, he was doing a great job and was super nice! Definitely going back!

I love their salsa and veg chicken soup. All the other foods also yummy. Price is little high but I don’t complain as there is lots of food.

My son and I were in Lynnwood for the weekend and stopped here after our event to have dinner. We're both glad we did, the food was so good, the service was great, and the restaurant was super clean.
The price was reasonable for the area and for the amount of food you get. Would highly recommend and will return again.

Casa Guerrero reminds you what a true dining experience should be. Friendly people who want you to love the food they make and enjoy making it. There's so much to love here so we tried a little of everything. It wasn't our intention to try a bit of a lot but everything on the menu is tempting! It would be worth it to make this a regular spot and work your way through the menu.

We ordered the chicken nachos and Chile relleno plate. These aren't your regular nachos with grilled chicken pieces. These are beautiful crispy tortilla chips, smothered in beans, coated in cheese, layered with salsa and served next to a tostada bowl of crema and guac. It's a hefty plate and I loved every bite of these. The Chile relleno is a cheese lovers dream and served with super good beans and rice.

A meal also comes with a side of soup, salad or beans and all of the choices are not just you're basic side options either. They brought us a bowl of the chicken soup to try and it was heavenly! The bean soup was also so good, it really makes you look at beans differently and cherish them a lot more. Everything was phenomenal and I consider this a must try spot!

Will definitely be back. This place is basically a hole-in-the-wall, but it's great. The entire seating area of the restaurant is about the size of a large living room. The interior is a bit dark, but is perfect for the setting. They have a decent sized menu and even have lunch specials. They're margaritas are excellent (I opted for the Strawberry version)! I ended up ordering the combination plate and my husband got a chimichanga. This was our first time there, but we will definitely be back!

My favorite place in the Bothell/Lynnwood area. I love the chicken taco special, this time I got 3 chicken enchiladas one with the avacado/ cream sauce, red sauce, green sauce. Delicious! The margaritas are amazing as well. Never had a bad meal here.

Small Mexican restaurant with a great selection of Mexican food brought my wife while we’re on vacation from California... I had the beef fajitas and my wife had the Chile verde plate ... both were great .. meat was tender and flavorful.. rice and beans were on point .. chips were great .. salsa on the other hand was not to par with the rest of the food all in all 4.5 👍🏽
