Petcare Hospital & Wellness Center, A Thrive Pet Healthcare Partner

I highly recommend this place, My cat Iurak who passed away at almost 21yo of kidney failure, was properly checked and followed up by Dr. Robison, she kindly listen to me and my concerns about Iurak not liking the brand of the prescription food another doctor in another vet place imposed and refused to change even when my cat wasn’t eating it, fortunately Dr. Robison was caring, empathetic and professional and gave us the right prescription for Iurak’s favorite brand who also had a renal prescription food variety, he lasted more than a year after that, and we took him there for his euthanasia and all the staff were so sweet and made the process easy and we felt cared and Iurak’s last moments were full of warm love.

Today we took our 1.7 year old cat Olive for his vaccines’ boosters and general Checkup, and Doctor Brown did listen to my concerns about a suspected heart condition on Olive and she confirmed a heart murmur, soon I’m gonna book Olive for a cardiology study as she recommended and I agree is the best next thing to do. Also she followed a perfect vaccination protocol and applied, the vaccines in the recommended applications sites in cats!

I trust these doctors and staff, and I will keep taking Olive there for sure. Thank you!

This place has wonderful staff. I called with questions about scheduling an appointment for a kitty who needed to see a doctor. They went beyond expectations to assist, and the doctor was wonderful! We have 4 kitties total in our family, and as much as we love the current vet, we will probably move their care here for convenience. Dobby made a new friend.

I was working with other clinic but I really didn’t see the amount of love and care that I found here
Place is nice and location is great
They have a wide selection of food, toys, treats … etc
They never try to sell me anything that I don’t need but they always advise me with what and whatnot to do
They took really care of Mochi, always available, appointments are easy to get. I think they will start to offer daycare again (Not sure yet about that) they are busy and I don’t want to take too much of their time
Really appreciate their care to my puppy I always feel safe here

We have never before experienced the excellence of care we have consistently received at this center. The love and care shown has truly touched us every time over the last decade-plus of bringing our precious ones for diagnosis and treatment. The care was epitomized when we finally had to release our beloved Winston (feline hero) from this life. Everyone shed tears as he transitioned from this life. We’re forever grateful for the doctor and staff who grew to love and care for him.

Told me what was wrong with my dog to get surgery. They treated my dog like family. Thanks, Dr. Brown!

Been taking all of our dogs here for years and have had no complaints. Always friendly and it never feels like we are being rushed with the doctors which we appreciate a lot. Glad they are also taking care credit too now.

Dr Godwin and assistant were wonderful and very compassionate when we had to put our very loved dog to sleep. We highly recommend them. They have our deepest gratitude.

Dr. Batterman & the vet assistants are super friendly and considerate! I'm not the brightest lightbulb when it comes to animal well-being, but they walked me through everything in a way I was able to clearly understand without making me feel ignorant - which I sincerely appreciate.

When they cut my cats' nails, I was pleasantly surprised to find it was only $12 to do so! My previous vet charged $17. The prices were a deal breaker along with the outstanding customer service. I had a list of things I wanted to go over with the vet, and I left her office with every single concern addressed!

They paid close attention to detail, and they took excellent care of my two kitties. Both of them seemed at ease with the staff and in the office space. My oldest actually went in feeling sick, but he's been so much better since his appointment!! The vet's advice and careplan really worked wonders for him! We can't thank Dr. Batterman enough!

My family has been searching for a good PCP for both our cats, and I think we've found her at Petcare! I sincerely recommend their services if you value your time and your pet's well-being. You'll leave their office feeling that you got exactly what you paid for, and not a penny was poorly spent!

Very friendly and so gentle with my dog. The vet and techs all had great communication skills and helped me understand some things I hadn't learned about dogs before.

I have been taking my puppy here since I got him. They always remember him are super helpful and friendly. My parents board their dog here as well, which always works out great. A picture of my pupper for enjoyment.

I’ve been taking my 2 senior cats here for several years and have always been impressed with how caring the vets and staff are. They’ve always given my cats excellent care. One of my cats got extremely sick recently, and I had to have him put down last week. The vet, Dr. Brown, and all of the staff had so much empathy and were so kind and loving with me during such a difficult time. I really appreciate how sensitive they were to my heartbreak that day.

The doctors and staff are the best! Very professional, thorough, and caring. My senior dog is well cared for and is thriving under their care. Thank you for always taking extra care of her.

Update - (2023)
Fast forward 2 years, Petcare family is so loving and are always ready to accommodate an urgent medical care of our pug, Leo. Dr. Godwin is our pug Leo's regular physician and she is amazing! She always explains the situation in detail snd answers our questions patiently. Leo feels comfortable with her and is not anxious.
Petcare has morning urgent care drop-offs, which is really helpful if at all, we need urgent medical attention for Leo.
Even the rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall, our experience has been really amazing so far and we only have positive thoughts each time we leave the clinic.

2021 review -
We recently moved to the neighborhood and had to get a fecal test done for our dog.
They promptly texted the results the next day as they had told us.
We haven't yet seen a doctor but am sure the team of doctors will be equally caring and competent for our dog. We plan on switching to them as primary care for our dog.

The customer service at this clinic is amazing, and they make you feel very special and unique. recently we had to request a last min same day appointment and the office was able to accommodate us within a few hours.
Also while the hospital the entire staff was genuinely caring and the doctor himself came out to the curbside to explain the details to us in person.
Overall a great place to have your pets taken care of. highly recommend

Pet care is the absolute best! It has been such a challenge finding a reliable, reasonably priced, good quality vet and groomer until now! They have great customer service, friendly polite compassionate towards both pet and pet parent. Their grooming is amazing my pug always comes out so fluffy and fresh. Their process is seamless from booking, to drop off and pickup (COVID-19 compliant), to payment etc.The staff are wonderful, the facility is beautiful ( exterior- as I have not been inside), great pricing for the quality of care, hassle free process. I’m so thrilled I found pet care!

Everyone is professional, friendly, and you can tell all of the animals are well cared for. My cat is extremely anxious when at the vet, and the patience and care she receives is top notch.

We have been to this facility a handful of times now, ever since we got our new puppy. We are so happy we have this vet centre so close by. Each time we have received a very high level of service. The front desk staff, vet techs and veterinarians ( Dr. Brown and Dr. Harlow) we've interacted with have all been so awesome! Our puppy gets SO excited each time we visit! I've never had a dog be excited for the vet before! We love this wellness centre and would recommend them to anyone.

Been taking my pups to pet care for over 15 years and love the staff and can completely trust each member to care for my babies. Everyone is so nice and educational at each visit. I moved 20-30mins away and I STILL bring them to pet care cause I only trust them. Thank you for caring for all my pups!

I have had so many wonderful experiences with Petcare Hospital staff and facility. We have used them regularly as our groomer for our aging pup, as well as for our dog's medical needs. We found them when we moved to the neighborhood about 5 years ago, and I am so happy we did! The staff and Drs. are all so kind, knowledgeable, and have our dog's best interest at heart. Staff listened to our needs, and helped us make the best decisions for the health of our dog, Smudge. Unfortunately, we had to put our 15 year old Smudge down yesterday, and I cannot express the kindness shown to us throughout the entire process. We felt completely supported, loved, and cared for. Our pup's passing was so peaceful, and it is because of Petcare Hospital. We love you guys!
