I’ve been going to this salon for five years. The professionalism and integrity are exemplary. Sheri, the owner of the salon for 36 years, is attentive, communicative, and a true professional. I learn new things every time I come, and I’m never disappointed with the results. I’m so thankful that they have had a presence in the north county community for so many years. First off I want to say thank you to Lesa for the amazing manicure, conversation, and comfort. Secondly the quality of work polished images salon provides is more than outstanding. I hesitate to write this because this is the BEST SALON I have ever been to - and that includes San Francisco, Malibu and San Diego county and I am afraid if word gets out, I may have to wait to get on their books :) The hair and nail parts of the salon are very friendly, very clean and run on - or close to - on time. The beauticians take their time...it takes an hour for my haircut and my pedicure and manicure unless I am booking back to back. My nail polish or gel lasts a long time and are carefully sculptured to my directions. My hair is cut almost strand by strand. I now have the perfect haircut that I was always told "oh your hair won't do that". on top of all this, their prices are beyond FAIR! The place is one happy family and I am glad be a part of it!

Wow, I was really impressed with this salon. Sheri owns the whole place, and is the best manicurist I've been to in a long time. She squeezed me in between her appointments as a walk-in with no notice, as I was out exploring my new neighborhood. She was professional, fast, friendly as we had a good conversation, and her level of expertise really showed in her quality of doing gel nails. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to get their nails done here, I will definitely be back.

My wife and I used another salon for a few years. Started off great but quickly turned 180 degrees. New staff each visit, quality down and no one did anything about it. We were told about Polished Images Nail salon on Paseo del Norte in Carlsbad. Lesa Ho was recommended to us. What a sweetheart. She is very friendly, professional and listens to our need. Sheri is the best in the business, maintaining safety, cleanliness and going above and beyond the guidelines, to ensure your safety and comfort. The Salon has a welcoming, personal touch that makes everyone smile. It's an easy drive from anywhere in San Diego, right off the I-5 freeway, in beautiful Carlsbad. Get a stylish hair cut, a beautifully polished manicure, and head to the Outlet Mall, a few blocks away. :)

My wife has been a regular customer for over 20 years. She gets her hair, nails and pedicures here. She says the people are genuine, friendly and take a personal interest in her. The quality of services is excellent; all the ladies who attend to her are professional and are experts in their field. Prices are much more reasonable than higher end salons even though the quality of service is high quality. Many of the ladies at the salon have become her trusted friends. Finally, my wife always looks polished and looks forward to her appointments.

We've recently (3 months or so) become clients of Victoria for our nails and could not be more pleased. Everyone in the shop is friendly and cheerful, the atmosphere is relaxing and our nails (fingers and toes - 1 with gel and 1 natural nails) look great. Our manicures last a full two weeks and our pedicures a month. Victoria is a true professional and a lovely person.

Love my experience every time. Sherri does a more than fabulous job with my nails, and Erin with my hair. I have been going consistently for four years and am never disappointed with my service or friendship with the staff. Highly recommend!
