I've been going here for months now with a membership. I love getting my monthly facials and recently I got an amazing massage from Genesis. The facilities are clean and the staff are friendly!

I have sciatica in my lower back which is nerve damage and it feels so much better! I got a fully body massage with genesis and it was so wonderful and so relaxing. I’m definitely thinking about the membership. She did such an amazing job and I would 100% recommend her to anyone!

Just came to Hand and Stone for a massage appointment and was very impressed. The massage therapist was caring, kind, and attentive. The aromatherapy and music was therapeutic. In addition, I have never felt so relaxed for such a long time in comparison to other massage places. Highly recommend coming here for a massage appointment.

I went for a prenatal massage and Keri was amazing, she addresses all my pain points gently. It was such good rejuvenating 1 hour. The atmosphere is great.

I’ve been going to Hand and Stone Massage for a few years now, and I have to say that the massages are amazing! The staff there really know what they are doing, and even throughout the pandemic everyone has been very welcoming. Angelica gives FANTASTIC massages - I highly recommend her to anyone needing a good massage. At the front desk though, it is Maddie who I have found to be incredible. She is very professional and kind, both in person and over the phone. Even when it gets busy in the reception area, she retains a positive demeanor and a good attitude. And although the staff are still wearing masks for the most part, there was one day where I did see Maddie’s smile. I tell you, the last few appointments have been scheduled during very sunny days. But that smile of Maddie’s radiates a light that challenges the sun, and that is something I truly appreciate. Why? Well, the past couple years with COVID haven’t been easy, and so when we go into a place of business, one smile can change the whole experience. That was the case at Hand and Stone Massage. So great job everyone. And Maddie — thank you for that beautiful smile.😊

Great experience. Excellent atmosphere for relaxation. Coconut water in the lobby, massage tables have adjustable heat settings, my masseuse was very talented and professional. I definitely plan to return.

Cindy Eckert has the hands of an angel! All of the stress of the last couple of weeks was massaged away. :) I recommend a hot stone massage with Eucalyptus. Very nice atmosphere, the receptionists are great and i cant wait to go back!

I’ve been a member with Hand and Stone for more than 3 years and this is one favorite place to be!! One of the big reason is not so much of their masseuse or aesthetics but because of their receptionists. Their receptionist are always friendly, attentive and helpful. I wish I know all of their names but the one name that leave a great impression to me is Courtney. She has an excellent costumer service and although I was registered at the one in Bellevue, I came back to this place more often because of her.

I didn’t come to one of the other hand and stone place because of their bad receptionist despite of having two of my favorite masseuse at that place. Sometimes people didn’t realize that receptionists hold an important key in spa services. This place hired the best ones and I will be returning because of that.

My favorite masseuse here is Sue. But I’m also excited to try a massage with Samantha soon!

I went in for a facial at Hand and Stone in Lynwood. The place is super clean and welcoming, everyone in the staff is so nice and friendly. The rooms were also very nice and they had great products. I personally like Demalogica which is a great line for facials. The technician that I got was very knowledgeable and felt like she customized my facial to my skin type. So happy to find this place specially because they offer a great membership :-)

Just had my first massage at stone and hand and I really enjoyed it! The front desk was very nice and friendly and the membership and other offerings are a great investment! My muscles feel very relaxed and comfortable after my massage. I enjoyed how the massage therapist focused on what was in pain and offered advice as to how to help reduce my pain in my hip and leg. I would recommend this to a family or friend for sure! Great place to start getting massages.

I've been coming to this location for awhile -- I go to Keirre for my facials and met Samantha for the first time for a massage. All my services here have been amazing. The staff are very friendly, the member pricing is reasonable, and the experience was relaxing. The membership is worth it!

After a long time I got a Facial spa at the Hand and Stone Massage, and I must say it was amazing, the staff was very friendly.The Facial therapist was very patient and professional. The therapist had great pair of hands, who applied the right amount of pressure for a super relaxing experience. I highly recommend this place especially their membership it comes with great offers

I am a Member at Hand & Stone Mill Creek, for almost a year now. Aaron is my massage therapist and he is super wonderful! I love the environment as soon as you walk in the door, I always appreciate when Wendy at the front counter remembers me in person and even over the phone. The upgrades are always really nice when you feel like you need something extra, and I love the points/referral system. I'm not a huge fan of the booking website, it doesn't work great. My Boyfriend and I get couples massages too, and he likes Angelina (I hope that's her name, I'm pretty sure!) he as seen her two or three times helps him with back and neck problems. Great place, nice to have the monthly plan, self care is important! :)

I have had some average massages in 2 different locations in 2 different States with the Hand and Stone spas. The spa itself is nice, average looking, nothing mind-blowing about it- nice, clean, welcoming, professional. Just like any other service of this sort, it's really about who you end up with 1 on 1 and how the job is done.

That being said, back to Genesis. She is a lovely young lady, who carries some serious strength in her petite frame and arms! She pays incredible attention to detail, and is, thus far, probably the best massage I have had in the US. The massages in Bali and Thailand may have been a notch above this, but not by much. So, if you fancy yourself a truly great massage, call up this spa and book with Genesis. You may have to wait for a few weeks as she is incredibly popular and in constant demand, but it's worth it!

We have this saying in my culture that translates into "May your hands turn into gold", which is exactly what I said to Genesis when she was done! :)

Simply amazing! I had never gotten a facial before and had one from rachel! I thought it was just awesome but had no point of reference. My sister went and said it was the best facial she has ever gotten. Plus the rest of the staff is just so friendly and welcoming. Hands down 5 stars. Next up I'm getting the massage

The facility is clean and quiet. My provider was professional and on time which I highly value. I usually have a massage 1-2 times a week and can say with confidence that the session was therapeutic. Services are fairly priced to market and reception is really helpful.

I had my first prenatal massage at Hand & Stone Massage on Friday. It was a beautiful experience as well as relaxing. From the moment I stepped into the reception area, I thought to myself “wow, this is beautiful & clean” the atmosphere gave me spa vibes immediately. I loved the selection of products they had as well like dermalogica, I didn’t buy a product. But, I will next time if I get a facial. The receptionist were amazing as well. They knew who I was as soon as I walked in. They knew my name without me saying it. I think it was the belly that gave it away. They were extremely friendly & personable. My massage therapist was Nick. He was super awesome and made me feel comfortable. I was a bit nervous at first. But, we broke through that pretty quick with our chats. He did an amazing job on my back that has been killing me since I’ve been pregnant. I’m going to see him again when gets back from vacation. Thanks Nick!

I highly recommend Hand & Stone Massage. You won’t be disappointed. If I could recommend anything, I would say chocolate peppermints on the pillow for the hungry pregnant lady LOL

She listened to what I told her were my areas of concern and addressed them with perfect pressure and I feel great this evening. She is very nice and personable.
