Worst customer service ever. Been trying to get a quote for over a week with no response.

If I could I would give them a zero. They say the service after the sale is what counts but that's a lie. After the sale it's like pulling teeth to get a phone call or email responded to. You leave voicemails and no one calls back. I informed them that my WC insurance was expiring and the carrier was no longer offering that program. I trusted them when they said they would find me a new carrier. I've been calling and emailing for days reminding them. I didn't get an update until the day after the expiration date. What a joke. I got it taken care of through another company. Save yourself the headache and do the same.

Completely baffled they had me audited by zoom professional services. Bought an insurance policy for a business idea I had that never started and was scrapped immediately. Paid my premium and canceled, yet here I am with $12,855.88 due immediately for a premium adjustment a year or so after canceling the policy. How can they audit a business that doesn’t exist? There is literally no records to audit. Already explained this to zoom. Stay away from salmen insurance scammers and their friends at zoom professional scammers. Salmen most likely gets $$ from the extortion conducted by their friends at zoom. No wonder their policies are cheap, they’ll get you afterwards.

Unfortunately I have a really bad experience with this company.
They use different companies to do one job, the porpoise of this is to make it impossible to get proper
Service.
It is design to collect the money and make sure they don't have to reimburse you if you have an issue or they don't provide the right service.

They are business insurance company that are legit and professional. I recommend to do more research

Don’t waste your time, I have been waiting for almost a month for someone to call me back, instead i have to call them everyday just to get send to their supervisors voice mail, who hasn’t returned any of my calls. As in results I haven’t been able to receive payment from my customer and I have stressed this to them and they still don’t care!
