The Brand Realty Team is phenomenal. Absolutely the best in the business. George and Serri completely blew us away. Everything about our partnership was fantastic. From sticking with us for months while we looked at homes to sharing resources after we closed, they are just the best real estate team in San Diego.

My wife and I started looking for our first house a few months ago. We were nervous to jump into the housing market at first but then we met Nathan. George Fillippis represented me on the sale of my house. He is an exceptional realtor! He is knowledgeable, goes above and beyond, knows his market and is business savvy. Through George's guidance, I was able to sell my home quickly and above list. I listed my home while living in NC. When I say above and beyond, George was there to manage the day to day operations of a listed home when the owner is remote. On the day of closing 9/1/2022 my agent did not hand me my keys I had to call him to have another agent open the lock box so I could gain entry to my home.
