Ken Did an "excellent" job for our real-estate transaction. Living in Arizona and trying to sale my fathers home in Carlsbad Ca. was starting out as a very frustrating task. I met Ken and had a very long phone discussion about my situation. Ken offered his opinion and advise that would pertain to my situation. Upon a trip to Ca, I was able to meet Ken in person. May I say what a nice and intelligent man he is. We discussed the property issues, my situation, local knowledge of 55+ communities and how he interacts with senior people to sale and understand their options and documents that will be required. We decided to list the home for sale with "KEN TRITLE" as our agent. A few days later, he had pictures taken and the house on MLS listing. With a senior father, Ken went out of his way to make him comfortable leaving his home so realtors could bring in clients for viewing. A week later we had a very solid offer on the home. Ken met with my father and had me on a speaker phone call, and we discussed all options. My father accepted the offer but Kens job did not stop there. Every time a document needed signed or a question arose, Ken went to my fathers home and explained everything with him and myself and help my dad sign all legal documents. This happened a few times, as we all know the paperwork required in a real-estate transaction. From start to finish, Ken was there every step of the way to make this sale as smooth and easy as possible.
I would "HIGHLY" recommend Ken Tritle for any real-estate transactions you might need. I only write reviews when I am completely satisfied with their expertise, knowledge and final performance, and with Ken I write this review with high recommendations. Once again I would suggest to anyone reading these reviews, to please give yourself a chance to meet Ken and learn from his expertise in the purchase or sale of a property, especially within 55+ communities. I would personally recommend Ken Tritle for all real-estate transactions.

Ken Tritle of DreamWell Homes Realty has been sending me and my husband single family/condominium listings for the San Diego 55+ communities every Friday for the past four years. Our daughter, son in law and two grandchildren currently live in 4S Ranch and have lived there for 5 years. Our other daughter just accepted a position at UCSD and is moving to La Jolla. It was always very important to us to be together as a family in the San Diego area.
The transaction happened very quickly. We saw a listing for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium in the Oaks North 55+ community that fit our needs perfectly. It was 15 minutes away from our daughter in 4S Ranch and only 25 minutes away from our other daughter in La Jolla. We contacted Ken on a Friday afternoon saying we were interested in pursuing it. Since we are currently living on the East Coast in Baltimore, Maryland and couldn't see the condo in person, Ken took the time to meet our son in law the next day at the condo so that they could FaceTime with us. Ken was very personable, knowledgeable of the area and 55+ communities and was quick to answer all of our questions and concerns.
Ken put a bid in for us on Saturday afternoon and by Sunday afternoon the condominium was ours. Since it happened so quickly, Ken was always there to guide us through the process from the initial walk through to the home inspection and through settlement. He had excellent communication skills with the Seller's realtor and the process went very smoothly. He was always in constant communication with us via text, email or phone call. Ken put us in touch with an excellent home inspector and title company. Ken's professionalism shone throughout the entire process. My husband and I highly recommend Ken Tritle of DreamWell Homes Realty to anyone buying or selling a house in the San Diego area.

Ken Tritle helped me purchase my home in Ocean Hills Country Club (OHCC). I chose to work with Ken because of his in depth knowledge of the community. I identified OHCC as a place to live because of the lifestyle being a 55+ community and a very beautiful community close to North San Diego's coast in Oceanside. There are many different floor plans at OHCC and Ken encouraged me to look at several different homes and locations in the community to find the best home for me. Ken is a very cordial and patient person and never rushed me into making a decision on the home I finally purchased. Although Ken usually had the answers to my questions about the community or a particular property, if he didn't know the answer, he was quick to follow up with a response. My search was over several months and I finally found a great property. What I can say about working with Ken is that he is a professional and helped make a difficult and time consuming process pleasurable.

Ken Tritle and his Dreamwell Homes team did a fantastic job helping us buy a home in the San Diego area while we live in Ohio. We made a number of trips to the San Diego area so were vaguely familiar with the area. We corresponded via email with Ken over 2 years and we were aware of high housing prices but it seem to be out of our reach. So we gave him a priority of larger lots, firsts floor primary bedroom and gorgeous views and reasonably near family. He had a difficult task checking all those priority boxes.
Ken listened intently to our comments after each house we looked at, continually helping us narrow our search. He patiently explained and showed us what we could get for our budget and showed us what we could get if we increased our budget, as we only wanted to compromise so far. Ken continued to show us what was available in our budget combined with our desires, until he found us the house we wanted. Then he coached us through the bidding process to a successful bid. Most realtor obligations end there but Ken continued to help us work through the due diligence period, and now even after we have taken possession he helps us by making recommendations including contractors to work with and then showing the Contractors around when we are out of town. We now look at Ken as our Relator turned trusted Friend.

We researched many local realtors and determined that the team of Ken and Jean Tritle were the best fit for us in representing our interests. When we first talked to Ken, we suggested some neighborhoods of interest. From the very beginning, we found Ken to be very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about the communities, pricing and home availability. With Ken's help we selected the Ocean Hills Country Club Community and found the floor plan, price range, lot privacy and location within the community that would meet our needs . Although there were some anxious moments , Ken helped us stay positive and calm that we would be able to secure the home at the right price with minimal issues. We are very appreciative of all the efforts Ken put into helping us take on this next new adventure in our lives. Being first-time home buyers, we were excited but at the same time anxious on the purchase process. Ken and Jean made it all quick and easy for us, that unbelievably, we closed in a month! We recently purchased a house in Oceanhills. The house had previously been in escrow twice, and the sale was tied up in probate court so it was not a straightforward purchase.
Fortunately, we had Ken Tritle as our Realtor and using his full knowledge and experience he was able to solve all the issues that arose and guide us through the purchase to a successful outcome.
Furthermore, Ken did so with a very steady and calm demeanor and managed to keep us relatively calm too. Ken went beyond the normal service you might expect a realtor to provide, helping us to design a kitchen remodel when we were at a distance and could not visit the property ourselves. The Real Estate market in San Diego is very different from the ones we are familiar with, in that there are a multitude of private communities each with their own different set of features; over 55, gated, golf course and swimming pool, manufactured homes or regular and each with its individual microclimate. Fortunately Ken is an expert on all of these communities and was able to direct us to the one with the features we were seeking, and to find the house that really suited our needs.

Ken not only came along for the ride, but he also became a trusted friend in the process. He answered every question promptly and accurately. Even after the closing of escrow, Ken continues to help us out by sending names and numbers of various vendors and providers in our new neighborhood. Working with this husband/wife team of professionals made buying a condo in San Diego a pleasant and smooth process. Although it took a long time to find the right place for us in this competitive market, we never felt pressured by Ken and he never showed any frustration as we kept changing our minds as to what and where we wanted to buy.
