I LOVE it here!!! I consign and also buy. I have purchased a number of items that I wear all of the time. I stop in once a week so that I can see if anything new has come in.
While the staff are all friendly enough it would be nice if they were a bit happier. If I worked here I would greet people as they come in and be a bit more cheerful.
I love the store so much that I made a special trip to Phoenix to stay with my sister. I shopped all of the stores there and had a fabulous time. I did have one rude clerk at a store there that dismissed me while I was purchasing an item so that she could talk to her friend (and I had a couple of additional questions). Other than that, everyone else was great. The clothes in ALL of the stores were fabulous!!!

Great shopping experience. I found wonderful and unusual quality items here. The staff is very helpful and polite. I really enjoyed working with Celia Miranda. She is very positive and outgoing, besides she knows her stuff.
We like the same designers. Thank you Celia for making my shopping so much fun!

Just wanted to say the shop has always been great and the people there have always been kind.

The person who said they don't speak English very well, then goes into perfect English and perfect grammar; there is no translator app out there that accomplish anything like that. If it was a live translator there is no way they would make fun of that person's language and then go into perfect English. It's a fake review and whoever wrote it is the racist. I'm guessing it is a spoiled rich white kid, who thinks they are a social justice warrior and has nothing better to do while living in mommy and daddy's basement.

I'm so tired of this fake nonsense, that just tries to stir up hate and yes I realize there are racist people out there, but that very very well written review is fake and hateful.

The best place for great deals on amazing gently used designer styles in great condition! I always get such wonderful customer service that goes above and beyond, in addition to some of my favorite jackets/purses/sunglasses/jewelry that I regularly use! The store is organized, clean, and easy to find nice items.

This was my first time here and I thought they had an amazing collection of clothes! Some items were designer brands out of my price range but still significantly less than the retail price. There was a beautiful Dolce & Gabanna dress that was was very reasonably priced but unfortunately too small for me. 😭 I could of spent hours looking through all they had but I was there specifically for a dress (which I found!!!). I definitely will come back!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The prices were on point. The owner was so sweet and attentive. She seems to sincerely love people. The women shopping easily found what they needed and navigated to sizes and what they were looking for.

High end designer consignment store that has an incredible selection. The secret is that they limit their intake of clothes that you can consign to them to only items that cost $75 or more when new. No riff raff studs, all items in good condition. My favorite is their shoe racks. The variety is always wide ranging. Changing Room staff are always so helpful and cooperative.

I’ve had great experiences here, both with buying and consigning! Great selection, good prices (both as a buyer and for what I received for the ~ 10 pieces I’ve consigned), and I found everyone I talked to to be helpful and friendly. I’ll be back!

I love this place!! It's the best unkept secret in Encinitas, I get ALL of my favorite clothes, earrings, Italian shoes, my banana republic coat, Prada shades. Every thing I LOVE all in one place. This is THE place to go to dress well and NOT spend designer price. I believe the employees here go above and beyond to help you look at anything in the cases and they keep such quality items on the shelves every time I stop by. (Some of the things I bought here had never been worn but were second hand!)

Such a great selection and good prices! Clothes and shoes are organized by size and category (ex. long dresses, short dresses, skirts etc.). There are racks of designer clothes on the left side of the entrance, more expensive, of course. Dressing rooms are clean and check out was easy.

Love this place as a consumer, always find the cutest things and high quality too. I've also consigned here which is an ok experience. I just wish they would let you know if your items didn't sell so you could have the option to pick it up instead of an automatic donation.

They have several stores and the option of shopping online. I am closest to the one in Encinitas but have also shopped in Arizona, Their stores are always well organized, clean (smells great) and the staff is very sweet. I have found so many treasures here that I stop in at least once a month to scan for new finds. If you don't think you'd ever buy resale, stop in, My Sister's Closet will change your mind!

Great stuff, great prices, everyone had their masks on so I felt safe. The employees helped me and answered all my questions, I appreciate that.

We love this place and not usually a consignment shop fan. We have sold things here too. They take items at any time, which is nice. Very picky about what they take.

Almost my entire wardrobe comes from this store I could never afford to buy the brands that I really want I always find at least $100 worth of clothes to buy which is basically a full shopping bag love love love the store

The men's section here is something to brag about with a whole range of prices and choice of what you can buy. Also has great sales a few times a year and very friendly but too overbearing people to help you out.
