Freddy was excellent in communicating with me over the phone as the owner and payer, but also provided excellent customer service to my mom who was there in person, in Spanish. His language skills made all the difference. Very happy.
I got the service items completed as needed and also was given several reasonable options on how to accomplish them.

My representative Sarah was very informative and performed exceptionals service. She knew exactly what I needed to know and was ahead of the game when it came to giving me more information about upcoming services. I appreciate her and the mechanic team who worked on my car. I must say it’s always nerve racking taking your vehicle to the shop, but upon meeting Daniel I felt everything will be okay. Daniel was amazing and made sure I was comfortable leaving my car and took care of everything. My vehicle is running great. Daniel’s customer service and interaction was excellent. Cory, the sales manager, and the finance manager were excellent to work with. Cory listened to my concerns and fulfilled my request. He got exactly what I was talking about in the first 15 minutes of our meeting. I didn't feel pressured at all which is rare in sales. Thank you for everything!

Went to return my wife’s lease, ended up getting a manager at first because it busy, Joe, who was excellent followed by Austin who was also excellent. I ended up getting a cheaper monthly cost on a 2024 Sentra than my car and also left with a new car. Unexpected, but easy and very pleasant experience!

Daniel Sauveur always gives outstanding. Costumer service always paying close attention to detail. keeping me informed at all times on what is being done on my truck what it needs, and what it will take to take care of my concerns. And keeping me up to date on my maintenance. His outstanding service is what lead me to purchase my new truck at El cajon mossy Nissan instead of going back up to Escondido, I believe if there is an outstanding employ. There will be more. Witch shows they truly committed to meeting my needs and not just selling me a service.

I went in before Christmas and met with Daiva Piscatelli super unsure about getting a car, but she was patient and answered all the questions that I had. She helped me find my first car and I love it! She still checks in on me every now and then to see how I like it and I appreciate how much she cares.

I purchased my 2nd Nissan at Mossy Nissan Of El Cajon.
This time I was helped by Liana LeBaron. Is been one of the best experiences I ever had buying a new car. She was patience and looked for the specific car I wanted! Truly went above and beyond to keep me happy! Really appreciate it! From now on I will only buy my new car at Mossy Nissan El Cajon.

Oscar is great! He kept me up to date with my vehicle! And let me know the whole process as it went along. Got my car back next day!

Sara was super nice. I started having a reaction from my vaccinations during my car pick up and was embarrassed for how I was looking and feeling when I picked up my car, but Sara made my experience comfortable when I picked up my car. Very professional with excellent customer service!

Mossy Nissan was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I originally had an Altima with a bad transmission and once they fixed the transmission, it ran so smooth.

Fast forward 5 years later, it was time for me to retire my Altima and find a new car for myself. I chose to go used and my first choice was a Nissan Murano. We originally chose an older Murano and I fell in love but wanted a newer one. So Mossy Nissan let me trade that one in within 48 hours and in turn I found a newer 2020 Nissan Murano.

I worked with Joe, Derek, and Daiva and all of them were AMAZING. Daiva helped me take some cars out for test drives and was the sweetest person. Once I chose the car I really wanted, Joe and Derek worked their magic to get me the best price with the banks. I am SUPER thankful for all of them and can’t wait to come back to visit for my regular oil changes!

I believe my tech was Andy and he greeted me with a smile and was happy to ask questions on what I was there for. I did schedule an appointment but he did say it would take about an hour in which I did. Checked me out went over the paperwork walked me out to my vehicle and thanked me for my business.
