Showed up 30 minutes before my appointment. Pick up a full load. I was there for 2 hours. There is no parking with in 2 miles. Everyone I spoke to was very professional. For me this was a good place.

I have stayed away from this place for years. Terrible experience last time. Completely different now. Someone must of come in here and cleaned house. From the guard shack to the check in office to the loaders, very professional and polite. 1600 appt checked in 1530. Received door, 30 mins later loaded me in 30 minutes. Excellent service!!

In and out in a little over a hour. Everyone was very nice. Will come back!!

Giving them 1 star to begin. I've arrived, checked in. I was told there were no delays and they were not undermanned. Thus far I've been left waiting for a while now and it's not looking good for you USCS of Tracy CA.

Completed in approximately 3.5 hrs. Which is pretty accurate to what the receiving office told me. Thank you for your hard work.

One of the only shippers or receivers that have a very nice lounge. The receptionists were very nice checking me in and cared about their appearance and attitude. Also one of the only places where you can sign into their Wi-Fi at good speeds. Come here expecting a long wait time so just put yourself in sleeper birth and start out when they're done. No problem

You can only check in half hour early on weekdays. On weekends you can check in however early you want. Back to door and walk down to office at door 1. Then open doors. Simple. 30 pal of Morningstar farm patties unloaded in 30 min. Quite impressive..Nice people at this facility too

I do hook & drops. It's easy in & out. The staff is so kind and helpful.

Delivered 0800 on Sunday. In and out in less than 1 hour. Everyone was great.

Showed up on time for appt. Got door right away. Was unloaded with paperwork in hand in just under 1 hour. Excellent job.

Had a last minute delivery issue and needed a cross dock- Oscar in tracy took my driver in first thing after pulling in and had me rolling out in less then an hour and a half with new pallets and all. great service on his and his teams part!

Arrived at 0830 for 0900 appt. was out by 1115. Clean restrooms even during Covid and break room. lot could have been bigger but not impossible.
