Plant House Nursery

Really nice place they moved to way more room now for plants, I was looking for a pear tree and didn't see any unfortunately but I was distracted by the dog on staff. They're a bit out of the way now but I think it was probably for the best for the space and the area it's in probably has plenty of people plant hunting.(Good girl attached).

How in the world did we not know about this place?!?!? Over three decades of living in Alpine and this was our first experience.

My milkweed has been decimated by the countless Monarch larvae that we’ve gotten this year. I bought 5- 1 gallon plants at $5 a piece!!

I've been going to this nursery for a very long time. Everybody is knowledgeable and very friendly. They have a new puppy to greet you. The owners old one unfortunately passed. Has a good selection from small to larger trees and plants. It's a really nice place to go to. Plants are reasonably priced. . Some plants are a little small. But they are healthy. You can't return them, like Home Depot. But it doesn't matter. Because they are healthy and they're so reasonable. I bought a few little things.

Will go again! They had many plants and most of them were zone 10 hardiness which I loved! I live in lakeside and we have really hot summer so anytime when I go to homedepot I always got plants that are not good with strong sun which most of them died:( The grandma was at the cashier and she was friendly

Great selection! And the prices are very reasonable; most of the time cheaper than lowes or walmart. We went to get an avacado tree and the owner recommended we go back at a later time, as their selection wasn't up to par (most owners would just let you walk out paying full price for a crap plant). I also wanted to get seeds for my herb garden, but their herb plants were only $0.50 more, so we bought a bunch. So we will definitely be back!

Always friendly and knowledgeable staff, combined with good prices on quality, healthy plants make this place one of my favorite local nurseries. I highly recommend stopping by for whatever your garden related needs might be.

Moved out to East county from North county and this place is one block from my house. Their selection is great and they grow they're own plants. Not only are their prices half or less than half of other places but the quality is better! Wish they opened later is the only downside.

This place is my favorite gardening store that is located in the east county. All of their plants are healthy, and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have many varieties of grapes and fruit trees and, ornamentals. If you're looking for gardening supplies or trees check this place out. They also have some plants that I haven't found at other nurseries. Two Thumbs up!
