Since the new pharmacist was hired this year, this pharmacy is excellent, again! (Much more like it was 10 years ago)

Over time I switched all of my family's prescriptions out, which was really inconvenient, and then a Doc office accidentally sent one here... The experience was pleasantly surprising, shortly after that I switched them all back.
They do their job well, and with a positive and professional attitude.

I have been a ruff customer to deal with because of switching doctors and getting medications prescribed correctly. I know they’re extremely busy all day with talking to doctors, appointments and finding a solution to their customers needs. However, this pharmacy has gone above and beyond in helping me in getting everything sorted out. I am very grateful for their hard work and dedication when it comes to everything they have helped me with since I started seeing them. Thank you!

Honestly the best pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. Every person I’ve interacted with here is caring, patient and helpful. They always answer all my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. They’re always willing to help. I seriously look forward to seeing them. And if there are long lines, that’s not their fault!! Be kind!!

The workers in this pharmacy are very nice and do their best to make their customers happy. It is a very busy location and I think they do a stellar job with how much they have to get done in a given day. Thankful for their kindness and hard work.

On several occasions, medical clinics have failed to respond to requests for refills. This of course, leaves me in a terrible position. The pharmacist and the staff here have gone above and beyond in an effort guarantee I have my much-needed medication. My family and I so appreciate the people who have worked so hard to help me.

Recently my doctor had left his of
fice without sending in a needed prescription. The pharmacist on duty went out of her way to help me. She called the doctor's answering service (as I had), several times and explained the situation to her colleagues when she had to leave. I so appreciated her efforts on my behalf!

Great response from the Pharmacist she was caring, knowledgeable and compassionate. I use Fred Meyer Pharmacy frequently everyone is always friendly and they do a great job handling their customers.

Okay, the service is pretty much consistently awful BUT that's only because they're chronically short staffed and of the employees that remain, you couldn't ask for kinder or more gracious people. A few times I've had an Rx sit all day but once I show up & explain I really DO need xyz today vs. tomorrow they'll literally walk over & get it finished right then. Don't punish the few people who have rode out the pandemic, the supply chain issues & bad corporate policies. Be polite, communicate your needs while understanding they're only human (and for real, there's only 2 pharmacists working 7 days a week) and they will go out of their way to meet your needs!

They're Under New Management in doing very well now.

My experiences with Snohomish FM have been mostly positive with a few technological glitches. Their app and computer system can be really sketchy. I know in recent weeks/months they’ve had some staffing problems but for the most part I’ve been treated well and they’ve gone the extra mile to accommodate my needs. I would recommend NOT using the drive through.

Always a pleasure shopping there. Some prime cuts at the butcher shop. Fresh bread. Large cooking utensil area. Great coffee section. Huge wine and spirits selections.

First time here. Got my prescription fast even though there was a long line. Very friendly

Ryan is the best!!!! He took the time to check and make sure my co-pay amount was correct and fixed a mistake saving me a lot of money. Thanks, Ryan
