On the early morning of October 4th, I had just purchased a small freezer at the self checkout. As I was leaving, I heard and noticed an elderly woman moving slowly, looking at the checkout counter confused. She then mentioned to the gentleman standing ready, that she did not know how to negotiate the self check out. The gentleman standing ready jumped into action and went thru the steps answering questions and explaining procedures. I would like to commend this gentleman. This is what it’s all about.

We are loyal customers of Home, Depot, Marysville, since we have friends in management. Recently, I placed a sizable lumber order at the pro desk. Conservatively speaking, there were a number of issues and setbacks with the level of service and quality of product. I called the store and spoke to a member of the management team, who was able to fully rectify my concerns. She was able to feel the phone call well and asked all the right information to provide the feedback to her team. Before that call, I was not going to return to the Marysville location, but after connecting, my faith has been restored, and I will continue to return as a repeat customer.

To any customer experiencing challenges at this location, I encourage you to contact management, and give this location another try. Thank you staff

Went to check on plants like I do every year and scored! Many of my plants didn't make it thru the winter I was able to find and replace them all. Found 2 huge azaleas to replace mine of 12 years.

Needed spackle for the ice cream I was going to make for a Do It Yourself project! So I got that, it was $10.99 for a medium/small bucket. My "ice cream sundaes" turned out wonderfully!

I want to give a shout out to Service manager Dee and carpet salesman Andersen Peck. They made a going to be bad experience to the best one I have had in years!! Great job guys and thank you for the incredible deal you made us!! Your A1 in our book!!!

Always helpful, clean and organized with friendly staff. I always learn something new when I go to Hone Depot and I love learning!

Home Depot is a big ol' store with all the brands you don't want and lumber so twisted it'll make you dizzy. It doesn't matter which HD you go to, your plywood is gonna be wavy gravy and your fence posts will be splitting faster than my father did when I was born.

This specific Home Depot seems to be nicer than some of the other locations I've gone to. I probably end up here 1-5 times a day no less than 4 days out of the week for work, so it's nice that my boys over in pro services are so helpful.

Dee helped me out with an electrical question to help be baby proof our home. He even took apart the component and showed me exactly how to assemble it at home; thank you Dee!

Self kiosk check was quick and easy. I liked separate scan device to check things in the cart when they are heavy. Color paint match to item i had was great. Always friendly service.

The overall store was great but only one cashier on a Saturday morning was a little odd considering how busy it was.

Overall this Home Depot is a great!

I went to the Marysville Washington Home Depot expecting to be ignored. I was so wrong. I was greeted by a friendly voice who asked what I was looking for. I was quickly directed to the right area. There were 2 staff members there who helped me choose an air conditioner. Brent loaded it into my cart and directed me to the check out. At the check out I was greeted by Mamma Sue. She helped me with the purchase and then helped me load the air conditioner into my vehicle. Mamma Sue, you made my day. ❣❣❣❣

Had 3 home repairs and they had everything I needed on the shelf.

Have been having problems with my ProX account all year, to where it was not working and tracking.
I was frustrated and not happy as it still was not working.

An associate named COLT spent 30 minutes with me and customer service fixing my account.
COLT even spending a lot of his time on just my challenges never showed a drop In attitude or demeanor, constantly showing his customer support during the multiple phone calls, looking at my account and even showing me several things about Home Depot I never knew about!

COLT had a name tag of COACH instead of his real name and now I understand.
His patients and understanding makes him an outstanding COACH for people he interacts with with a easy and approachable demeanor!

I'm giving them 5 stars for our sales associate and everyone who supported her, they were awesome! Home depot not so impressed with, HD needs to give more training and incentives for associates (I have a friend that recently left HD) who are selling product. If someone comes in and buys $2500 worth of stuff the associate should get more than nothing.
