I am a Doordasher, and this evening I received an order for a fruit cheesecake. The bakery didn't have it, and Toni went out of her way and above and beyond to make me one just like the customer ordered. Amazing experience, yay Safeway

Great people that are happy to help and seem happy to be there 99% of the time. The wait can be longer than other places, but the people that work there are great and make me happy to go here.

Sarah at the deli makes the best chicken in the Pacific Northwest! I used to work at jiffy lube down the road but I’m currently back into the US Navy, still craving it all the way on the other side of the world.

Really clean, fresh produce, good deals, and its always really clean, and customer service is professional. They are following all Handicap accessible laws, and access is easy, and parking available. There are also some very convenient stores in the area but they are #1 for my pick for fresh produce and good deals.

Was really in and out for a couple items and never have issues with the self check out. Quick and easy.

All I got to say from Tim to Tammy everyone there at the Safeway is in Snohomish are amazing I moved down here from the islands San Juans because of medical and you couldn't have better people in the store I love them to death you got the greatest employees at your store

I just wanted to say I love shopping here! The employees and managers are so helpful and nice! Especially the night crew. Yes it may be the place all the “lower” class goes, but in the end it doesn’t matter about that it’s about feeling welcome and helped. I haven’t once had a bad experience here versus Fred Meyers and such. I’m thankful for all the staff and the managers cause it really shows how well trained and friendly they are. Keep up the good work!

Helpful service from associates when you can find one. I forgot my wallet, but the lady serving the self service machines was so very accommodating: keeping my trolley 'till I returned. Big stock supply, although it could do with a large variety of bath soaps. Also needs more replacement heads for electric toothbrushes. Always a pleasure to shop there.

Love the employees! They always bring a smile to my face and I can't say that about any other grocery store in town! I love our Snohomish Safeway.

They have great deals, great food, and always fill me up, make me happy and are very helpful.

My kids have raised holy hell through all aisles of this store and the staff is still always very nice, polite, and patient with me getting my sh-- together in the grocery line. No mask harassment either. Worth the slight price hike. Cheaper than Haggens (of course).

Love this store, probably the highest used grocery store in our area. Love the self check here as so many don't have this as an option, makes small purchases quick. All employees are VERY VERY kind and helpful, not too slow-just the right speed but know when to kick up the speed when there's a large clientele. Only thing that keeps me from shopping for the really small purchases is I'm on the west side if the hwy 9/hwy 204 intersection but that is all being redesigned

It's sort of the default grocery by location near my home but I also like that the employees are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Its an older, smaller location but they have a decent selection. Their prices are competitive and the fruits and veggies have always looked good.

I’ve been going to this Safeway for about 30 years now, so I finally decided that it was time for a review!
This place is like a down-home, small-town, mom and pop grocery. When you walk in, the checkers turn around and greet you with a smile. They are quick to offer assistance and walk you to the product you inquire about. They check your groceries out lightning-quick too! I don’t mind shopping at Freddy’s because of the prices, and Haggen carries more local and organic products, but Safeway provides the BEST customer service in the area; that’s not an exaggeration either. I love that place. The employees are precious and that goes a long way with me. :)

Great Customer Service! I was in a bind needing sandwiches for a meeting tomorrow. After being refused by the deli in two other stores for the late notice I called Safeway. Within 10 minutes I had two boxes of sandwiches, cookies and potato chips all ready to go! Now that is really taking care of the people who shop there.

My cashier was amazingly patient when I forgot to redeem my gift card and she made it right. She also packed my groceries awesome, cold things together, nothing heavy on my produce etc. The employees are always friendly!

Good helpful staff and Good prices. Always happy to go to Safeway
