This location gets 5 stars! If I was reviewing Home Depot outside of this location I would give them 1 star but this location has been amazing. The people who work here are actually helpful and so nice. My delivery of a refrigerator turned into a nightmare but the people in person at the store did absolutely everything they could to help me and try to make it an enjoyable experience.

There were a few issues with an online order that shipped from this store, and though that was frustrating, I was blown away by the customer service provided by Sarah. She had such a great and helpful attitude! She is a true asset and I thank her for her help.

I only went here to rent a tool I needed for this rainy day but the service was prompt and I was on my way quickly. The staff member tending to my request was friendly and outgoing, which made for a pleasant experience. Same with the return involving a different staff member. I appreciate their effort. If you need to rent tools, just remember it's all the way at one side or the other

Just had a new washer and dryer delivered. Saved over 400$ , delivery was free ,they hauled off the old set , they were one of the best delivery people and setup we have had.

I like this Home Depot location. I use their app while I'm in the store plus I bring a list with me of things I need noting the aisle and bay number. When I need assistance I ask one of the associates who have been helpful. I will return again.

Snohomish Home Depot is excellent. Soooo much better than the Seattle locations. Wish I could go there all the time but alas I live in Seattle 😕

The staff here was amazing we had the unfortunate luck of getting really bad staff at the Everett and Aurora store where not only did the store have broke equipment but a lack of team members who cared or wanted to help. We had a night and day experience here. Staff was easy to find super kind and ready to help. They even went above and beyond to help us find a cheaper product for our project. Awesome people here!

Thanks for helping us get our project finished before this heat wave!

The Snohomish homedepot has some of the friendliest people of any home depot.

This is my favorite Home Depot in the area always has lots of stuff and friendly workers.

Great experience! Got a fridge and the lady that helped couldn’t have been sweeter. I’d called earlier and she remembered my name! Highly recommend them. Honest and great prices!

They were wonderfully helpful & kind in helping me find what I needed. Very courteous & pleasant employees. Morale is obviously high. They go beyond the second mile to help their customers & I will be back. Their competitors store is not like Home Depot. Thank you for an enjoyable shopping experience!

Home Depot always has exactly what I need and I almost always find things I'll need later, lol.
The garden department is also a lot of fun. It's usually dangerous territory for me because I find what I need, will need, want and too many neat future ideas.
I've never had anything less than a good experience with employees in any department :)

This is a great store. My purchases here have been with hardware and the garden center. The selection and quality of tools in the hardware department are outstanding, and the prices are fair. The staff in Gardening are extremely helpful. I've made several large masonry purchases, as well as a large soil purchase, and the staff were very helpful. An older man there also has a real eye for detail. He saved me a lot of extra work by asking all the right questions when I purchased some stones to build a raised bed.

Always have what we’re looking except this time. They always have enough people around to help you. We always find more than we go in there for. The color options for carpet were limited and quality. We just needed to go to a dedicated carpet store.

We did find what we were looking elsewhere but this was the first time we had to go someplace else to get what we wanted. Wait. We needed to order a door once and they messed up that order so bad they had three doors delivered and they messed up on the glass, measuring it, and then color with stain markings all over it. Not a good experience ordering doors so on special orders, we wouldn’t recommend there.

Bought a bunch of flowers here - they are all thriving in our yard! Good stuff!

This time of day was quiet. Did self check and had some issues-my fault and attendant was very nice and helped me. Adequate handicapped parking compared to many other retailers. To me that's very important. Today no one to be found for help 830am Friday?

This location in particular is my favorite. The staff here are great and the store is kept in good shape.

We normally go to Lowe's, but they were missing something and went here instead. These employees are SO ORGANIZED. And very helpful.

Plus, this Home Depot is super nice. The self-checkout is on fancy computers.

This is one of the best Home Depots in the area. The layout is good, the aisles wide and clean. The staff is plentiful and helpful. They have a really well managed self-checkout if you don't have too much. The hand-scanner is really helpful (way better than those counter-height scanners you find in grocery stores)

Spoke with multiple employees during our visit and every one of them approached us to help out and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Even had one offer to check us out through the self-checkouts so we didn't have to wait in line. Amazing staff here and everything we needed was in stock.
