Mark truly went above and beyond with his service. I honestly cannot express the level of gratitude I have for his dedication. This was my first home purchase, and ended up being an extremely difficult process for circumstances out of anyone's control. Yet Mark helped me understand and advised me through it all. He went beyond the work of a lending officer to guide me through this. I am pretty young to have been doing this by myself, and can guarantee I would not have been able to get this done without him. I could never thank Mark enough for helping me get my dream land and home.

I was at a loss when I first began my project last year. I was dealing with a different bank who did not do this kind of loan on a routine basis and it made my life quite difficult with all the questions and paperwork and in the end, just more confusion.
Davids team knows what to do and how to do it. If you know you want a manufactured home and need a loan, then call them. They will get you going in the right direction. On top of the great service you get from these folks, they all treat you with respect. .
We purchased our home through Heritage homes out of Everett. Call them, ask for Dale. Between Dale and David, you got yourself a new home, you just don't know it yet.
I am very thankful for all of these hard working individuals. We are now living in our new home and could not be happier.

David P was rude to my relative. Seemed to be in a hurry and very impatient answering questions. Even cussed at him! There are other's that do these kind of loans so he needs to get off his high horse and be more customer service oriented. Steer clear!

Broken promises, & hard time getting a return phone call. Very disappointed.
