I’ve been getting Brazilian waxes for 10+ years and move a lot for my job, so I’ve had quite a bit of experience with many different parlors in cities through out the country. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. To start, Ashley is super sweet and makes everything very comfortable. But then, I can’t believe how quick and painless she made my wax! Also it’s probably the cleanest wax I’ve ever had. There’s usually a few spots I go home and tweeze to get a few hairs that were left behind, but not this time. I’m so excited to not have to dread my waxing appointments while I live here! I cannot recommend them enough!

My experience with Ashley at the cheeky parlor was so much more than I expected. I had a brow wax + design and was thoroughly impressed by the level of care and attention she put into making sure my brows were just as I wanted them. She’s definitely not a “cut and paste” type of brow waxer. She took into consideration the way my brow hairs laid, their texture, my natural shape and arch and so much more. If you’re in the market for a great brow wax, look no further.

Best place in SLO for waxing and facials! They also have an assortment of skincare products that actually work!! The Cheeky Parlor is so cute on the inside, make sure to come early so you can look around the shop.

Waxing: The wax that they have developed is perfect for sensitive skin! I've seen Jess for all of my waxing needs and she is so professional and friendly. She makes my brows look AMAZING!

Facials: The Peachy Peel is the best chemical peel/facial I have ever had. I have tried so many products and antibiotics for my acne, and the Peachy Peel has made the biggest difference. Their skin specialist, Sophia, is so sweet and gentle when giving facials, I don't leave the parlor with red/irritated skin (even after having extractions).

Products: All of the skincare products they sell work and smell amazing! The product I can no longer live without is the "Bikini Balm" This stuff helps so much with ingrown hairs, and it smells so good! It is their own creation, and nothing works better.

Overall Experience: I have never had a bad experience at The Cheeky Parlor. The receptionists and beauty specialists are kind, well-educated, and are genuinely happy to be at work.

I’ve been going to Ashley at Cheeky Parlor for about six months now. She makes the experience so special every time and sends me on my way feeling confident and cute!! She’s also a dog lover which is obviously a HUGE green flag. Don’t walk, run!!!

Cheeky Parlour is so wonderful! I always get my eyebrows waxed and tinted with them. Amazing attention to detail and care for your wants/needs. I will never get them waxed anywhere else! They have amazing clean products to keep your skin rejuvenated and healthy.

Most incredible customer service from the second you walk in! They make you feel so welcomed, heard and loved! I have had waxes with everyone in there and they are all professional, incredible, and so fun to catch up with and talk to. Once you become a cheeky client you will never want to go elsewhere. The Cheeky Parlor is truly the best one stop shop. I’ve tried almost all of their services. Their special (eco-friendly!!!!!) wax makes waxing much less painful and the wax specialists are knowledgeable and detailed. Their skincare specialist does amazing peels for my acne and micro-current therapy for dark spots. They created their own post wax/shaving products called “The Duo” that has saved my bikini area from scarring from ingrowns. I’m so happy I have found this place. Cannot recommend enough!

I have been a client of Emily's since before she opened the Cheeky Parlor. Emily is the best! She is knowledgeable and professional, but most importantly she loves what she does (it is obvious) and genuinely cares for her clients.
I fell victim to over-tweezing in the 90's and my brows were never the same. Emily and I have been on a journey to give me brows I love and I cannot thank her enough!

I absolutely LOVE this place!

I came in to get my brows microbladed and am so glad I chose to go with Emily at The Cheeky Parlor. She is meticulous and wants to do your brows to perfection. Even several weeks after my touchups, I called because a few strokes didn't quite stick and her team got me in the next day to do a small touch up.

I also asked Emily about a patch of eczema I had on my neck and she recommended I use the bikini balm they have in stock. I've used it for five days now and the patch is almost gone.

I wouldn't trust anyone else to do your microblading. Emily hand sketches your brows so that they actually match your face's proportion and symmetry instead of just stenciling on generic eyebrows. I loved my experience here!

Ashley did an amazing job, she transformed my brows completely. I have sparse/fine hair brows so it can be challenging because I’m very particular
(aren’t we all) but WOW. Ashley made them fuller, shaped them to my face , and elongated them. I’m in love with my brows . I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
