I was involved in a car accident that was not my fault. I had not been in an accident of this magnitude before. It was not a super accident, but my car was totaled and I had quite a bit of soft tissue injuries.

Being involved in an automotive accident can be a pretty confusing and stressful situation. Bruce will help you through out the process and advise you what you need to do to reach the outcome you deserve. He was able to meet me on my lunch break at my workplace to explain the process, answer my questions or concerns and what is in YOUR best interest. Their emailing system updates you as your doing your physical therapy and rehabilitation... You can contact him anytime by phone or email and he will respond quickly within 24hours. Most attorneys will duck or dodge your calls and sometimes have their receptionist filter your calls. Bruce has been very polite, professional, understanding and straight forward. He will not sell you a dream, and he will meet your expectations. I still receive postcards around the holidays from there office and feel like they actually care about there clients.

I was injured in a three car accident back in 2007, unfortunate for us, we were the middle car. I believe my accident was settled in 2011 and we had applied for relief from my underinsured motorist at that time. My mother had become seriously ill and had two significant surgeries just under a year apart and I was unable to devote the time needed to pursue the claim. I periodically touched base with Wiener & Lambka and felt my claim was no longer viable because of the time that had passed. I continued to seek medical attention as needed, however, this seemed to be a way of life and we would just deal with things the way they were.
