Absolutely love this place. My mom and I have been going here for about a year. Sammy does my nails and she's so sweet! She is understanding that I have a job that is rough on my hands, and does a few more dips to make them a bit thicker. She puts a lot of work into making them and does an amazing job. I work on a loading dock. Some days i have to lift heavy objects, and be fast. They have ALWAYS offered to fix a nail that breaks for free (Again, I have a job that is extremely rough on my hands. When something happens its 100% my fault.) I've even been playfully scolded for not coming in if I accidently ruin a nail. But I would prefer to pay for something I broke especially since Sammy puts time and effort into making my nails look beautiful.

This is my favorite place to catch up with my mom. The ladies are always super nice and I enjoy going here.

I have been going to MiMi ever since 1998 at Star Nails. She bought it and has to move and started Classic Naiks! Now she owns Absolute Nails and I’m still having her do my nails. She does an awesome job. If there’s any problem she is happy to fix it! She’s very reasonable with what she charges for her services! If I ever chip or break a nail I can just go there and they will fix it immediately with usually no wait! They have never charged to fix anything and they won’t let you pay or tip them for it! That’s great customer service! If you are new going there and have a problem with any of their services they would love to hear from you instead of reading it on their reviews! They should be given a chance to make it right so you’re happy with their service! I am that why I’ve been going to her all these years!

I’ve been going here for 4 years and I’ve always had an amazing experience with every single employee. As soon as I come in I’m greeted and sat down within 5minutes. I usually have pictures of my nail art and they go above and beyond to meet my standards! I’ve also seen how they deal with rude customers and they’re very professional! The pricing is very reasonable considering how much time they spend making my chewed up nails look like a models!! Would recommend anyone and everyone to go here!

I loved my time getting my nails done here. My mother and I called to make an appointment day of on a Saturday and got in super quickly! I got a full set of acrylics with a matching color pedicure and they look beautiful!!! Tina did an incredible job and was very fast, efficient, friendly and made sure everything was beautiful! I got the color tropical teal in shellac on my nails and the matching color in regular polish on my toes! They look so good and everyone made sure I was happy with what I asked for! Plus everyone is so friendly and incredible at their craft!! 💙🥰

Absolute Nails is FANTASTIC! The new owner has been doing my daughters and my nails for 20+ years. To claim ANY place of business is perfect at all times and in all situations is not fair and inaccurate. There should ALWAYS be room for human error and be given the chance to make it right- whether it’s a restaurant, hair salon, nail salon etc!
Absolute nails has been loyal and some of the best customer service I have experienced and witnessed in the 20+ years I have been getting my manis/pedis. My MIL was dying of cancer and the employees of this salon made her feel so loved and beautiful until she passed. Today, my FIL is living with late stage dementia and as he sits in the chair for his pedi- all the staff are so caring with him and patient while he asks all kinds of questions. Mimi and her team are not only professional technicians BUT THEY TRULY CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS! I recommend this spa salon to anyone that would like to be blessed with a nice relaxing service and meet some wonderful caring people at the same time!

That’s too bad that you had a bad experience. I have been going there and love it. Any time I have a question or concern, they addressed it right away. Give them another try, ask for Mimi or Van or Nina. They have been awesome for me for the last 5 years or so.

I have personally went to Lynn (the owner) to have my nails done for MANY years (20+). She is absolutely amazing! She has had a few different locations over the years, and I've followed her to each one! She is meticulous and she expects the same from her staff. I can attest that she is a great business owner and you won't go wrong using the services her salon offers. If you do ever have a problem, I would recommend you talk to her directly and I know she would resolve it for you. She is very fair! I've never ever felt I could not use any of her salons because of problems... and after 20+ years, I would know :) I've tried a couple of other salons in the past due to one of us moving further away over the years, but I always went right back because I love the quality and service I've always gotten from Lynn's salons... even with a long drive or scheduling conflicts, I just don't even bother going anywhere else anymore! She's worth it!
