AT&T Store

I recently visited the AT&T store, and I must say Miguel provided outstanding service. I was in search of a new phone, and he made the entire process easy and enjoyable. His expertise and assistance were greatly appreciated. Five stars for Miguel's exceptional customer service!

Went to trade in my iPhone 12 Pro for IPhone 15 pro! Staff are super helpful especially Miguel who help me with the process, in and out quick super professional and always try to find me a good deal! Highly recommended!

My overall experience was 11/10! I worked with Michael from beginning to end. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Top notch customer service. I will be recommending Michael and this location to anyone I know looking for any of the services AT&T offers.

Hands down one of the best customer service, i felt welcomed and felt the positive energy and enthusiasm, I was helped by Miguel with switching from virgin mobile and he also took his time to help transfer all my contacts and fotos on to my new iPhone14 I walked out from this facility with all my questions answered, I’m sure all the staff is great but Miguel 🫡 is the man I would 100% recommend. I have been an AT&T customer for over 20 Yrs, and i would drive to this store in a heartbeat! I am visiting Grand Rapids and had some problems that needed to verify right away with AT&T. Mike, GM, at the Byron Ctr SW, Wyoming store was sooo very knowledgeable and helpful!!! He was amazingly patient and kind assisting with quite a few questions. Whenever I visit the area, again I will definitely stop by and recommend this store to others!

I recommend going to the At&t store on Byron Center. The manager there his name is Mike. He was very helpful upgrading our phones and adding phones for the kids. He even stayed after closing to get our phones lines activated. Kids are super happy 😄

Mike is literally the best att store manager in the history of store managers. He stayed composed as there was a small rush of customers that came in within the first hour of being open, all while helping everyone else. Mike is a smooth operator.

Was happy to have a store manager - Mike, help me with my issue versus sending me to call AT&T service number to solve a problem that took both the store and service line to solve. Too many times I came to this location only to be turned away unless I was purchasing something. Thank you Mike and his staff for being professional and helping my situation.

Good afternoon I am Joan P Leos in AT&T store number 5795 in Byron Center Michigan and I want to call to exclaim how truly thrilled I am to have had service with AT&t that I have not been able to get for weeks. The tech here has been indispensable in helping to resolve everything from billing issues, phone issues, ACP qualification issues; he has been calm; he has been factual; he has found avenues and connections with a&tt people that can actually help me-- that I have not been able to get in any other store and have not been able to get online and have not been able to get connected to by phone. I want to thank you so very much for employing Paul-- he's indispensable to people like me who know some things and don't know a lot of things. I

t is imperative to me for medical reasons for example that my service is fixed and corrected because a person with a medical need that sends information by phone is in my dwelling. I take care of that person and so it's more than just wanting service, it's truly needing service; it's a lifesaving matter, so please recognize Paul in store 5795 here in Byron Center Michigan for his excellent work on behalf of AT&t. I have some Faith again issues/ things get fixed. I'll be adding more to my business account and no, have found the way to actually deal with some billing issues that I need to deal with. Paul even gave me that resource and so did your person, AT&T support person, Ree, on the phone. I'm have some faith in AT&t again! Thank you so much.

Paul is a solid dude, phenomenal service, along with the other manager that helped with our varying issues. The other employee that helped us (Sparkle) I feel could definitely use some more training, and customer service skills but everyone has a bad day, I get it.
