Nuevo Amanecer Pupuseria

I am SO glad I discovered this restaurant! The pupusas are flavorful & I really liked their tamale. I also ordered their yuca & chicharron which were delicious. Will be going there more often.

My friend recommended me this place and I was blown away by the Pupusas Mixtas. It doesn’t look like much but it’s what’s inside the tortilla! Never had dishes from El Salvador before and now I want more. I ordered the pupusas pollo and chicharron. Staff is friendly and most importantly the food is delicious and authentic!

I frequent this establishment almost once a week at a minimum. The cuisine is very flavourful and filling. The Torta is my favorite along with the Burrito and tamale! You definitely get quality and quantity for your purchase!

I live minutes away and I cannot believe this was my first time here! I’VE BEEN MISSING OUT on (what I consider) Mill Creek’s best kept secret!!

The exterior is very unassuming, in a “strip mall” sort of setting. The interior is also slightly unassuming and smaller, but very colorful.

The menu is posted two different spots. They have a cold case with drinks and desserts.

It’s an open kitchen and you can watch the employees cook, it truly feels like you’re in someone’s home!

I ordered to go and everything is made to order. I ordered the bean and cheese and spinach Pupusas and a chicken tamal. The prices are so reasonable; around $9 for all of this food!

The pupusas I tried were incredibly flavorful, soft and full of filling. The flavors were out of the world. The chicken tamal was so authentic, delicious masa, crazy moist and filled with white meat chicken, potato and a green bean! The slaw and vinegar-y sauce that you get was really the perfect addition!

I highly recommend coming here for a truly authentic experience!

Friendly, clean, and delicious food. The salsa could be a little spicier but overall great food. The curtido was good too which is really hard to come by. Will definitely be going back.

Edit: I have not stopped going there. They make the best vegetarian burritos hands down. I eat one like every other week. I also advocated for my place of work to buy our meeting food from here and everyone loved it. You will not regret buying food here. ❤

Their tamales changed my life. jalapeño pupusas were amazing, and taquitos did NOT disappoint. absolutely go here at least once, try the jalapeño pupusas and tamales. workers were very helpful and nice as well. 10/10.

My favourite restaurant in Everett. Period. I love EVERYTHING they serve me. This is not a "mexican restaurant". It'a Salvadoran. The way they make their tamales will differ and I urge you to try it. There is no better comfort food. The pupusas are delicious. I'm waiting to try their breakfast menu (one of these days). I know I won't be disappointed.

They have options for cheese free pupusas as well! (I’m dairy free) so that’s a huge plus. Also their tamales are great. The corn one is 💛

Visiting from Chicago, my girlfriend took me to a place with she said had legit pupusas in the area. Needless to say I was not disappointed. Muy delicioso! Will be back when in town again!

Absolutely delicious. I’ve wanted to get pupusas again for years, my work used to cater from a place with them and since I moved to work from home I haven’t been able to find them.

I ordered some tonight when I found this place online along with a Tamale and a Baleada - and everything is amazing.

Absolutely recommend. So very delicious.

The pupusas are mouthwatering and the pollo con tajadas was one of the best chicken dishes I've ever had of any cuisine. Can't wait to try more from their menu. If you don't know what the dish is, like I didn't know what tajadas were, it's worth the quick internet search.

Its great food at a good price and theres never a line.

One if not the best Central American restaurants we have ever visited and we visit a lot of them all over the states

I stumbled into this place by accident 2 years ago & its the best accident ever!! The food is so good, the staff is amazing & the prices are great! I live in Oregon now & brought 2 burritos home with me on my last visit!! I don't speak Spanish so if I mutilate the pronunciation of something,they always laugh and teach me how to say whatever it is that I attempted to say. I highly reccommend stopping in & ordering something wonderful! You won't regret it!

The most delicious pupusas I've had in Washington state so far. Made to order and very fresh with great customer service. Really easy to order by phone and pick up.

We love Nuevo Amanecer Pupuseria! I love the calabasitas and revueltas pupusas, and we usually get the carne (steak) burrito fajita-style, with sautéed onions and peppers. The chicken tamal and carne asada plate are great too. Lots of bottles drink choices from the case or aguas frescas, like jamaica and horchata. Makes great take-out! Awesome place!

If this is what El Salvadoran food is I'm hooked. Not a fan of the Pupusa but the burrito is good. Meat doesn't seem cheap and or dry like the taco trucks. Yes it is a bit pricey but difference between taco bell and taco time. Love the sauce they put in the burrito. Will go again.

You owe it to yourself to experience Nuevo Amanecer Pupuseria; get any Pupusa they offer as well as a Mango Smoothie and thank me later!
