Fantastic experience here!! Anthony is such a gem, and he provided excellent customer service both times my partner and I visited. Anthony is super nice, very knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. We came in one weekend after an already exhausting search for a new couch and dining table. Anthony greeted us, let us look around for a bit, and then once he saw we had a few choices in mind, came around to answer all of our questions and also educate us on the different fabric types, quality of furniture, etc. He was very professional, but also so friendly and welcoming.

We ended up leaving, going to about 5 additional furniture stores, only to come back the following day to close the deal on a couch and dining table that we really loved. Delivery and set-up were free, and our final price for the dining table and couch was absolutely unmatchable anywhere else. It's been 4 days since we've had our furniture, and we are beyond happy. Thank you so much, Anthony!! We will definitely be back for more furniture soon, and we will recommend this place to our friends!

From sofa's to beds, to dining room table and more they have a huge selection ready to go and they can custom make and order anything you like. Definitely recommend visiting here when you're out looking for quality furniture at reasonable prices.

Phenomenal service & Great had a good price. From the moment we walked in the sales team was there to help us figure out the right couch for us. They definitely did.

We decided on the”49ers” Couch Which although it seems too big for an apartment it has been Perfect for us. I love the modular design and ability to move pieces around if necessary. That is also nice to have a couch that can double as a bad from time to time when guest come.

I definitely appreciate Jason and his professionalism. I can’t imagine life without our big comfy couch and I’m happy to have some thing during durable enough to deal with our busy lifestyle.

Overall, the quality of our new leather sectional is fantastic and the customer service (Anthony) was exceptional.

After visiting several other furniture stores, we purchased a leather sectional with automated recliners and wireless charger from Furniture Discounters. We were expecting several days for delivery but Anthony contacted us after just a few days and had our new sectional delivered and set up quickly. The wireless charging feature wasn't working as expected, so we contacted Anthony and he had someone come over the next day to inspect it. They ended up re-ordering a new part and fixed the charger and delivered it very quickly and with minimal issues.

We will definitely go back to them for any future furniture purchases we may need.

We purchased a gorgeous sectional sofa and mid-century modern dining table + chairs set for an insanely good deal! I liked our purchases so much, I even got my parents two wood bar stools. All this furniture could have easily cost twice the price we were given.

Anthony was very knowledgeable and helped guide us to finding these perfect items for our home. Delivery came exactly on-time and went smoothly. The movers gracefully maneuvered our furniture down narrow stairways with no damage. The table came newly packaged and the movers assembled it for us.

I’m super happy we found this furniture store. For the price + quality, the value is unbeatable. Highly recommend them for anyone’s furniture needs!

Very large + well-ventilated space (which is reassuring re: COVID) -- the warehouse is connected to the showrooms. Staff prefers to let you walk around without interrupting you with sales pitches, and they are nearby/ professional/ attentive/ helpful if you flag someone down. Ex. by the time we asked staff to show us some options, they had a good idea of what we were looking for based on the items we were spending time on + were able to quickly and efficiently point out all the related items w/ similar functionality on the floor, which was surprising & nice. Anthony is knowledgeable about what is in stock and what isn't as well as how supply chains will affect their stock, which is helpful. When we asked to see a model in a different color, Anthony actually walked us to the back to show us the one they had in stock. They also provided some opinions re: what pieces they thought would fit together well in a space.

Selection included sofas, coffee/ end/ dinner tables, beds/ bunk beds, dining tables/chairs, some pillows, and so on. Quality seems pretty good too. Note that COVID has slowed down many supply chains -- apparently some models are taking 2+ months to manufacture + ship.

Prices seemed reasonable -- for example, one of the sofas was only $2.5k here, whereas we'd seen the same model listed at $3.5k at a different store just that day (!).

FYI, there is a no-picture policy here -- many signs all around the floor, but somehow my partner and I missed them. Staff will briefly remind you of the policy if you forget. This seems to be standard at a number of furniture stores.

Overall pleased with the selection and no-nonsense, professional service.

You can tell good customer service is "after" the sale.. we had an issue with a switch on a couch and I thought I was out of luck (didn't even ask about the warranty) luckily a week after I called they got me a brand new switch worked perfectly. I'm so happy I found these guys, you won't find that kind of helpfulness after a sales been done at other furniture stores nowadays. So glad these guys are still around!

Just purchased a new sofa set from Anthony and he was amazing. Gave us a great deal on some couches and a new mattress. Delivered them for free and included some nice decorative pillows at no charge. Highly recommend this store. Thanks again for all the help and the excellent deal Anthony. We will be back to buy more furniture from.you in the near future.

We had been thinking about the style of sofa we wanted to get for months and finally randomly decided to stop by furniture discounters near by and we were determined to bring a couch home. We walked around and checked out all the sofas for about half an hour and Anthony came to answer questions we had after browsing. After learning about suspension vs coils and different fabrics, we settled on a love seat, but it would have taken 9 weeks to ship since it had to be made of of North Carolina. The floor model was in great condition, Anthony worked something out for us, and he arranged to have it shipped that same night. It was cleaned, wrapped, and delivered within an hour of us leaving the store. We are so happy with this purchase, it looks great in the office. He made furniture shopping so painless and that's so much appreciated.

After having a big disappointment with the horrible costumer service Ashley furniture provided to me and my wife. We’d decided to go shopping around other furniture stores in the Bay Area. After searching multiple stores we ended up here. Not only the service provided by Tony was amazing we were able to find the sectional we were looking for cheaper than Ashley and it was delivered in a timely manner and to top it off I received a military discount.

Great experience, Anthony went out of his way to get us the sectional sofa we were looking for at a fair price. Delivery, assembly, and follow-up were all very professionally done. I highly recommend them

This place has nice collection with reasonable price! Look for the offers on major holidays & the price will beat most of the furniture stores around! Delivery is free for nearby locations and best thing is the service which I was happily surprised! I bought a expandable table and chair set 5 months back! Somehow the table stopped functioning.. repair service was arranged over email! They were very prompt to respond! Repair guys fixed it temporarily but offered free replace! Can’t ask for anything more! Happy returning customer!

Man, this place has got the goods. The showroom is ginormous. I've never seen so many different types of sofa, dining tables, coffee tables, etc. The prices are also pretty reasonable for the quality. We went to a bunch of different places in the Peninsula and the City and Furniture Discounters was the one place that had the styles + prices we were looking for. We bought a bed, dresser, dining room table + chairs and all of the pieces have held up very nicely. I'm not an expert on furniture, but I can tell you that the stuff we got was HEAVY (we've re-arranged a few times), and I generally think heavy a good thing when it comes to furniture.

The salespeople are very nice too. Helpful, but not pushy. They're not on commission (at least that's what they say), and it shows. None of this jockeying for customers that you see at places where the salespeople are on commission.

Got a loveseat and a 3 seater couch. Upon receiving the 3 seater, we found out that there was small stain on the arm . Salesman, Anthony, scheduled the pick up in next couple of days and sent another sofa without stain in 3 days. Excellent service and very accommodating. I recommend buying furniture from this store.
