Been a customer for well over a decade. The Cichanskis are good people who are always on the ball and have consistently done their best for me. I appreciate them.

Allstate was very helpful much better than my previous insurer Geico that raised there rates very high . Also the Main guy Chris is very helpful as well as his coworker Darius. I highly recommend them if you want to save money. Plus there driving program drive wise says I'm getting 190 dollars back to me by simply driving properly with the App. Victor.

Chris and his staff have been great to work with especially after my experience with my previous company. Easy to get a hold of and prompt with solutions. I recommend them to my friends and family quite often.

I would like to reiterate about my review on the agency. Although I had a very bad experience and misled in buying the plan that was totally inappropriate for me it was however not the agency fault but rather All State customer rep and the agency had nothing to do.

Tonya Almquist was a pleasant surprise. She was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I am in the process of financing a new home, and Tonya was able to facilitate a policy quote on my behalf with the bank underwriter in less than 20 minutes. The last time we financed a new home, the process took days. I will definitely be moving all my policies to her Bothell Allstate office! Thanks again Tonya!

Called in from a referral, was informed of two office locations which makes it easier on me if I ever need to go in person. Staff was very friendly on the phone, patient with my questions and efficient to handle what I needed. Highly pleased with my experiences through this agency.

Chris and his team are highly capable, extremely compassionate and very knowledgeable. Handling the myriad of insurance needs that my family has, Chris has never skipped a beat and I feel well cared for. Peace of mind is so important when it comes to this field and I have that with Allstate and Chris Cichanski.

0 stars....
18 years with Allstate. Christopher thinks he can talk down to a opinionated women and that its okay? What kind of business owner brings himself so low. I feel sorry for him that he even thinks that his behavior is valid. He is not genuine like I had thought in the past. A fake.
I have never been treated or talked to so terrible by anyone/ business owner until now.
I guess Christopher can speak to someone rudely when he gives out his personal number and thinks he can get away with it. Mocking me, condescending, immaturity, bias, personally insulting me, being disrespectful and blaming me for their lack of professionalism in a couple of instances already.
He is the combative one.

I am a real person with real stresses in life. Insurance is stressful and I can ask questions about rates ECT. Especially when the quotes don't match up or explained in more details. I find it fishy if I ever ask about price details they immediately get defensive and rude. Proving they can't comprehend real customer service.

I had good interactions in the past year with his daughter, Jessica with questions. But today she started out with a rude tone and was defensive. So of course I'm going to be frustrated and defensive back like a normal person. This became way out of line and became very personal.

I have been a customer for a long time and before he took over the office I never had any issues so this is disappointing. No one deserves this kind of behavior especially coming from a male business owner.

I turned emotionally upset by his talking down to me and bullying me and then he tells me I should switch insurances and hangs up on me? You obviously don't value customers, their business to Allstate after 18 years. Shame on you and your disrespectful attitude. You are in the wrong business.

As you can see in his response he is pompous and conesending and I have never been aggressive that is your excuse to cover your inappropriate behavior. Your actions are unexcusable and I will firmly not tolerate it. Abusive? Please, you are in denial. I am not the only one who has had issues with you.

You can say what you want to me and criticize me but what comes around goes around and your business will not thrive with your behavior and the attitude of the other in your agency. You took it personal because I was frustrated with your daughter and her rude attitude. If you want to cover it up by making me the bad guy go ahead and try. You have to live with yourself and that is punishment in it self.

I easily found an agent that broke down my questions simple. Maybe your self and employees should get better training on understanding what a customer is asking and not getting bend out of shape. Doesn't matter how long you have been in business I see it in negative reviews and feedback that you can't handle it.

** Warning ** After 1 yr they increased $250 more for the home insurance and changed the policy coverage without my permission. My home value is less than last year. The rising cost of material doesn't justify the dwelling protection increase. The competitor quoted 50% less for the same coverage but this agent increased 30% after 1 year of being a loyal customer. The auto insurance is over priced too. Compare before you buy here and watch out for the annual premium increase.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Fine to pay your premiums and they are horrible to work with when you have to use your insurance. He yells at you over the phone. Also does not return emails either and calls spouse rather than you. Stay very far away!
