Roto-Rooter

Work is in progress. Tomorrow the mapping and lining of the remaining clay line will take place. So far so good. The majority of the line was replaced 20 years ago with 100 year plastic pipe so, the work is ongoing in an isolated area. There are two issues with the line, one is the connection to the original clay pipe is showing signs of failure and the second is that the original remaining clay pipe is restricted but not to the point of collapsing. The restriction is somewhere beneath the sandstone deck. The lining option is preferred over demolishing the deck, where sooner or later that would probably be the only option.

Luis was fantastic! Pleasure doing business with him on our septic. Great job! Great work ethic, communication. He is responsible, talented, thinks creatively, good problem solver, knowledgeable and a really great person! Thanks to all the guys that showed up. They all worked very hard. Vicente and Pablo were very professional and easy to talk to. Both fellas described everything in good detail without being overly wordy. They used a scope to show the condition of my sewer line and suggested a course of action for a repair. Overall was a nice experience dealing with these guys. Jesse was awesome. He was a hard worker and helped us out with a super clogged drain. He tried multiple snakes and finally got the clog. He has a positive, calm, and professional demeanor. He gave us advice on how to maintain a minimally used guest bathroom tub to ensure that we keep our pipes healthy. He was a pleasure to have help us out in a bind.

Jessie and his team located a major sewer line blockage caused by roots and, at their recommendation, replaced the last 10 foot long piece of clay pipe in our sewer line with a fiberglass pipe insert. Blockages like this have been a recurring problem for many years and I'm happy they took care of it. Everyone that was involved was very pleasant, informative, and professional.

Roto Rooter was able to arrive quickly to fix a sewage backup problem. They were friendly and courteous. They sent a person to talk with me about the contract to do the work as well the person to do the work, as well as a someone to take a look at whether we needed help cleaning up from the original drain failure event. We didn't. They are very professional and know their business.

I had called 3 different plumbing companies and Roto-Rooter in Ventura was the first one to actually respond. I spoke with Adam and within 3 hours they has someone at my residence. Chris Rees showed up and was very professional and polite. I had a sewer line break under my residence. He needed assistance and Dan showed up to assist and work up my estimate. While he was doing that and figuring out how to best repair the system they called in Tim from Water Restoration to see how much damage there was. I was totally impressed by everyone and it made my family and I feel very important by the way we were treated. Thank You.

They had to replace the water heater. I went with a tankless one. It was a bigger job than anticipated. I appreciated the two employees who worked diligently on it and until late at night to make sure we had hot water.
The only issue I would raise was the lack of information and choice I was given for my new water heater. As it was an emergency I accepted it that way but it would be better to give a choice of bends.
In any case this has nothing to do with the employees who were extremely useful, courteous and efficient.

Alex and Vincent worked quickly to assess the problem and present me with various options to fix it. The work was fast and of the highest quality. They were very courteous and a pleasure to have in my home. I have the highest praise for this company for getting my household back in businesses so promptly. Thanks!

The plumber did an awesome job verifying the heater was lit and was very patient with my older father. Thank you for your immediate service. We will call you again for any of our future work.

The repairman showed up early and had my toilet unclogged within 5 minutes. He was really friendly and listened to what my problem was. When I showed him what my toilet "coughed up", he was just as confused as I was but he assured me that it wasn't part of my toilet and was probably something that was in the drain pipe. I would use them again for any future plumbing problem I may have in the future.

The repairman was very polite and respectful. He fixed the broken water pipe coming from under the mobile home. He did not hesitate to go under the mobile home in the dark of night. Thank you for your service.

Timothy is very professional and knew what needed to be done to repair the gas leak in our fireplace. He made sure the logs and rocks for the fireplace were put exactly how he found them. He was here on time and fixed the leak in a timely manner as well. I would definitely call Roto-Rooter again and would also request Timothy as well.

Was able to schedule a tech the same day. Good communication from company regarding the arrival time. You can track the tech so you know exactly when they are to arrive. Very pleasant, made quick work of the task. In and out!

They were very quick, honest, and straight forward. Gave us many options on how too approach the issue and got the work done quickly and without any hassle. Ruben and the other members were all very friendly and professional, and answered any questions we had! Extremely happy with the company!
