The staff is fantastic, as soon 6i entered the store a very pleasant young man welcomed me there and asked if he could direct me. He pointed me in the right direction and I found exactly what I needed. The gentleman who was my checker was just as pleasant and I couldn't be happier with the service there!

Didn't realize there was still a huge big 5 around. This store reminds me of the stores I use to go into as a kid. They have it all and plenty of room to display it. Everyone in the store was super helpful. Next trip to Big-5 will definitely be here. Got some good basketball shoes on sale.

Amazing customer service!
I had a last minute need for a replacement megaphone about 1.5 hours before an event started. I called to check store inventory before heading over to the store. When I arrived, the kind associate had the item waiting for me at the front counter.

Nice store bought hiking shoes with good prices especially the Dr.Scholls brand so comfortable and light to walkin,also got an inflatable kayak really nice stuff for the great outdoors and adventures in the wilderness!!

If you’re looking for perfect selection of everything and want to pay inflated prices, don’t go here. I always find what I need even if it’s not exactly what I had in mind at first, the staff is super friendly, and the prices are always better than just about any other spot. I like that I have to think about what I’m going to buy based on the selection and it helps make sure I’m not grabbing the first thing I see and overpaying.

I was able to find 3 pairs of shoes that meet my needs at a price point that was fair. Very happy that Big5 stocks so many affordable choices.

Big 5 is located in Sunnyvale Avenue by El Camino Real buy my fishing gear in there I bought my soccer gear my kids soccer gear and my winter boots in there but secretly I bought a lot of stuff in there they have a little bit of everything and this price is decent price stuff it's really nice and friendly I wish they open a little bit earlier cuz sometimes I want to go fish early or stop by stuff but they have their hours so that's the only thing it's not but the rest is really nice

This store has been here forever. I come here once a year for new shoes. Customer Service has been consistently great. The sales are always good and with the $10off coupon, well it just made it all around fantastic visit. I was looking for nylon type sweat pants but sadly they don't carry them. But they have everything else! See y'all again next year

Decent selection of sporting goods. Went here for some ammo for ducks during the season when everywhere else was sold out. Was able to get a couple boxes of number 3 shot when no one else in the area had any. Staff was quick and friendly to help me

I was looking for hats to protect me from the sun and Big 5 had a massive selection for only $12-15 (plus the 10% off newsletter coupon). Not busy at all and helpful cashiers.

Always helpful, even over the phone! Several days later, after I had made my purchase, I called into the store and spoke with Yaw, a customer service representative, who was very knowledgeable, provided me with alternatives to my issue and truly cared. Big 5 Sporting Goods in Sunnyvale is my favorite!!!!! It's distance is a little further for me to travel to than other Big 5 Sporting Good Stores, but their exquisite customer service, array of sporting goods and a apparel makes every trip worth it!
