Such a cool place! I’m only in Carp once a year for thanksgiving, but I’ll be making this a staple stop when I’m In town. 🤩

Be still my heart! I've never ever been in awe of a nursery. But this place is crazy amazing if you love airplants! No arboretum can match the beauty of the airplants that they have here. I'm so happy that I was driving thru town and was able to stop and see their tillandsias. You will not be disappointed if you have a love for these little epiphites. The staff are really nice and ready to answer any questions you have. Be ready to grab yourself some beauties!

Absolutely gorgeous. Feels like a fairytale plant sanctuary of air plants and orchids. Very good prices too and they offer "punchcards." Will definitely be back.

I have ordered from Etsy and many other sources. These plants are the best! Grown outside with coastal air they are so full of life! If you live in So Cal it's worth the drive to Carpinteria. I come from Santa Monica. The Houston Colossus has a nice fat bottom! Talk about bun cakes, these plants got 'em" (nod to Spinal Tap). Also, plants come with the best, succinct directions for care I have seen.

Read about this place in the local magazine, and vowed to visit the next chance I came to town. Such a great find! The sales lady was really nice and informative. Nice selection. I hope I don’t kill the ones I got! I will be back!

Stunning! It's like walking through a plant-zoo, with beautiful, alien-looking, stationary creatures.

The greenhouse emits benevolence, and it's easy to see the love, time and care that goes into each plant.

It's an "art gallery," only with Airplants, Orchids, and other plant-beings as the "art", many displayed within beautiful glass terrariums, or artfully-twisted wire stands and hanging frames.

The Staghorn Fern that you see after walking in is regal and majestic.

In a word, Air Plant Alchemy is enchanting.

We enjoyed our visit to the nursery showroom. Staff was welcoming, informative and was kind enough to check all our plants were healthy before they were thoughtfully packed for sale. We'll be back for sure.

The plants are incredible they look like they're from out of this world so beautiful and full of colors. The salesperson was so friendly and knowledgeable and helped us make our decision.
