Been shopping here since before I spoke English and they only had one door!

I live in Indonesia, last june/july i went to US. Here they had a unbelievable selection of funko pops. All the pops were very affordable as well! Will definitely go back here! I was fortunate enough to complete my funko collection.

This store makes me feel so happy to go to because the employees are incredibly nice. Definitely one of the best customer experiences I've had is within Hot Topics, especially this one. The store itself also has a good variety in what they sell, and I've bought a good chunk of print shirts from here.

I love it, they got my favorite anime clothing to buy as well as buying cosplays! Other than that, they got coupons to spend and I have a membership there so it works perfectly for me! And don’t forget, you can go online and go inside the store and they will match prices for you which is great!

Great deals and merch. I took my niece and daughter here and they manage to find some gems in this store.

What I liked about this particular shop is, we were greeted by genuine employees. It wasn't a fake greet but someone who really takes the initiative to acknowledge incoming patrons.

Store was clean, organize and stocked. The displays were nice. Shop is really spacious I have to say and has some extra room towards the back area of the store. It was nice and roomy in between isles which is so important because some shops try and stuff everything in that it becomes a blur but they did a great job on the lay out here. Merchandise is off the chain 😎 here and they also have a rewards program so don't forget to sign up if you did, plug in your number, you may have some rewards. My kid who is 13 years old looked pretty cool in her outfit the next day, wish I snap a pic but I didn't. 💋.

Most latest visit they actually have a better set up and more customer interaction. Much more selection with anime. They have more space too this time around. Feel so much better. Felt more cramped before. This is probably one of the good spots in valley fair to actually shop in that won't break your bank lol

This Hot Topic is true to it's franchise by providing as much punk/alternate/fan merchandise as they can fit in the store. Any taste can be met, from pastel goth to death metal. Even some normal wardrobe staples can be found. The staff is always friendly too!

They have great deals lately! Loved my Handmaid's tales costume ♥ and it was less than $10.

Best store in Westfield Valley Fair in San José, California! If you go to this mall, I recommend you visit this store! They make sure they follow guidelines with the virus spreading. They have a limited capacity of customers in their store and has everyone making sure to stay six feet apart.

All the staff is excellent. I was told the current deals right away and got to get some cute things at good prices.

Friendly staff, decent selection. Website might have lower prices than the store but ship to store takes a few days.

I go there for anime shirts and other anime accessories at Hot Topic because I love this place along with Spencer's.

Love the Pop wall. Aladdin stuff really brought me back to my childhood. There was stuff for me and my kids.

I love all the things in the store. I literally have to stop my self to spend all my money there.
