My mom works at Nordstrom's. Only time I ever come here is to visit with her for a few.
The bathrooms are very clean and kept. Love the private stalls. Clean store friendly service

Jeanine in the cosmetic section was the most helpful informative,professional,friendly person I had the pleasure to purchase cosmetics from Nordstrom. She helped me pick the perfect skincare products for my sentive skin. It was a pleasure dealing with her, and I want to thank Nordstrom for caring enough to have such a helpful professional on staff.

I am not a frequent shopper, but a loyal shopper. Nordstrom's understands the importance of quality and service at a level not adopted by most other retailers. They ensure their sales associates are aligned to their values and are knowledgeable about products. There are no unwelcoming or pressure sales practices evident.

Best customer service. Great selections and a great store to shop with. I don't shop at any other places besides this location or any other Nordstrom location.
I love how they have good places to eat at every level. The stores are always organized and clean easy to shop and browse.

Love Nordstrom. Incredible merchandising, you can see the love and thought that went into every display - great for sparking imagination. Topped off by almost always exceptional staff who are willing to go the extra mile. A lovey noodle bar for you to take a break from your shop till you drop regimen!

High-end shopping with superb customer service. Tailoring, leather shoe stretching, and return policy are excellent. Recently, I had a San Jose purchase drop shipped to New York for a wedding, and it arrived on time and in perfect condition. My wife and I love Nordstrom.

From the moment I walked in, Victoria's warmth and politeness made me feel welcomed and valued. I wasn't entirely certain about purchasing a few items, so I decided to leave and think it over. When I returned a few hours later, Victoria greeted me with the same positive attitude and eagerness to assist.

She patiently helped me try on the items I was considering, offering valuable insights and advice along the way. Her professionalism and dedication to customer service stood out, and I genuinely appreciated her assistance.

Annika is Great! She's the Best and Friendly!! This Nordstrom location is very lucky to have her. Annika was very kind to go way Above and Beyond to find me the perfect size, fitting and options. She didn't have to do any of those, I didn't ask for any, but she was very caring and went way out of her way to make sure everything worked out great! From Start to Finish and everything in-between. I ended picking up one of choices that she found which made me very happy, that was exactly what I wanted! Thank you for that. I was very glad that she was there. She even arranged Tailored fitting, I didn't even know that existed. I've been to this store before 2 weeks ago, that time I probably bought 10 Shirts and tried from 20 to shortlist and no one volunteered to help at that time. I wanted to make sure all Annika's extra efforts are being recognized here! All I did was just show up at Nordstrom and then she did all the hard work. She's the best that this store or any place can possibly ever have. Her work is Impeccable. I came here for a demonstration using of a Nuna and Nordstrom collaboration product, The Refiend collection before order. I listened explain well by stuff. And received the online ordering guide because it was out of stock on store. Even free delivery!
