We have Been with EBM for a number of years, in the beginning it was about price. But now it is about both price and service. they have been more then responsive to any service call or toner request. We have 5 large Canon and a number of smaller Canon printers in both the office and 6 fishing vessels. I Do not see us leaving.

My school was recently in desperate need of a copier/printer that would be dependable! Not only did Electronic Business Solutions reach out to us with an offer of a donated machine they also offered us a reasonable monthly service plan. The icing on the cake is the fast response time when we need service. I called and less that 1 business day later a very polite service person came and found the problem that I wasn’t even able to properly describe. I highly recommended this business.

I'm actually an employee of Electronic Business Machines. I have been in the industry for a number of years and worked at other companies in the past. During Covid-19 quite a few Businesses had to lay off employees, cut wages and unfortunately go out of business. Our ownership and management team went above and beyond to ensure that all of us, as employees were able to keep our jobs and ensure a safe working environment. They truly value their employees and treat us like family. More important than that. I know that the company has some of the best service and really works hard to take care of it's customers! I really appreciate coming to work everyday!

I own 3 auto repair shops. For years I fought with printers, cartridges, toner, and failures. Every couple years buying the newest, latest and greatest hoping for less drama from a machine that is such at critical piece of my business. EBM took so much stress off of me paying one small price per month and never worrying about anything but paper. If you think you are saving money doing it yourself.... you do not value your own time enough! Thanks for the great service EBM.

EBS has shown true business integrity on 2 occasions. It was time to renew our printer lease with our huge copier company and we found they weren't straightforward with the figures, it was frustrating. We reached out to Dave with EBS, we currently had a service agreement with a copier we own for another location so I thought he may be able to help. He was genuine and straightforward with all the costs.
Then the last company that repaired our old plotter informed us they could no longer service it but would be more than happy to give us a quote to lease a new one, bad timing during COVID, we don't need any additional costs. When I reached out to EBS they could have done the same but instead they offered to service our plotter and sent over Nick T. a great tech who had it up and running again in no time. Outstanding!

We are really happy with the service we get from EBM. They are close to my home, so if I need toner sooner than I can get it delivered, I can pick it up. The customer service is great!

Called because we needed one of those things that catches excess toner, and Megan not only said that if no one can deliver, she would meet me there on a Saturday, and I could pick it up, and I told her we don't pay attention to the notifications on the screens, can we get an alert? She is going to set us up remotely, so when we get close, she will automatically send us what we need. That is AMAZING customer service. Thank you Megan, you made my life easier!

I wanted to express my thanks to Faith Pinkerton who saved us in a recent job. She had lots of suggestions to help save time, brought over a demo machine to help us meet our deadlines, and even folded some letters to get our notice out the door. She was great to work with, and was really an extension of our staff. I would recommend here for any of our needs

Electronic Business Machines is the best in the industry. The best prices, customer service, and products. It isn't easy to find such hard-working and genuine people these days. They are simply unmatched when it comes to copiers and service. Highly recommend this company!
