My boyfriend and I always have a good experience coming here. The employee who helped us last time and today is a delight. I haven't caught her name but her employee number is 167. She's helpful and doesn't make you feel embarrassed and has a "Juno" like demeanor.

It always amazes me how friendly and kind Lovers staff always are. Considering the area and subject matter, they have to deal with some nutso situations (maybe), but the ladies working at this location at night were amazing. Helpful, not shy but courteous. Willing to talk business without making it too weird or digging too deep. I love this location and will keep going.

This was the first time me or my girlfriend went into a big shop like this and we're nervous but man they were so chill and down to earth it was awesome.

Got exactly what we were looking for within our budget and having gotten our purchases home are extremely satisfied.

I love this place - it's bright, clean, and inviting, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and they carry a variety of top-of-the-line toys. The staff knows so much I honestly don't even do much research for a vibrator before I go to buy one here. And they always ask me if I need toy cleaner or lube at checkout, which has saved me many a trip. They have a lot of cute outfits, too, I particularly like their selection of body stockings. If I feel like spicing things up at the last minute, I'll stop by this place and I always find something. If adult stores make you uncomfortable or nervous, this place will change your mind.

I was looking to branch out my experience abit. I was nervous like you wouldn't believe to go in, much less ask for help bout a world I had not yet learned about beyond the most basic basics.

Let me tell you, the staff was exceptional last night! This store was clean, looked respectable, and the staff was super knowledgeable in helping to guide me. Not to mention they made what I was expecting to be an awkward experience into a casual, convenient, and beneficial shopping experience.

Had a wide selection, tasteful arrangement of inventory.

They have earned my business and can expect repeat business as my go-to!

Friendly customer service reps. One sales person was knowledge in the products and was able to suggest products instead of the one's I had in mind. Many projects to choose from. I think they are a little pricey, but it's still a fun experience. You won't leave empty handed!

So I legitimately just come for the chocolates... love this place so much.

Knowledgable fun ladies who have a sense of humour! Clean store fun to explore.and ask questions, a bit pricey, but worth it.

Been to this store several times and I've been impressed by their customer service every-time. My last trip however is what impressed me enough to leave a review. I bought a gift set online to surprise my wife for valentines day and it got here the day before with one of the products being defective. I took it to this location and was told that they couldn't do anything until customer service started the process since is was bought online. I told them the situation so they pointed me where to call and gave me a pen in case they needed to write anything down. I called and hit voice-mail twice. When I was about to go in and return their pen, one of their workers came out and told me that they got in touch with customer service and got the issue resolved so they could replace my defective product. I didn't get their names, but thank you to this stores employees for doing that for me. You went above and beyond and I will keep returning to this location in the future because of it.

Went here to buy a Gift Card for a bride's Bachelorette party. A very helpful redhead quickly took care of everything, and made some great recommendations as well. I also grabbed a black "Mystery Bag" for "First Time Couples" from the front counter. I didn't really have time to look around the store, but everything seemed clean and well organized, with a large variety of products. I was informed that they also have a promotional night on a different topic each month.

The two ladies, sorry I didn't catch their names, were great at helping me pick the right item. Because it was curbside they talked to me on the phone and held up the item so I could see through the window. In the end I was happy with the knowledge and help I received and once again will be happy to come back.

I absolutely love coming here! I get industry discount and they always have my favorite pheromones perfume!

Everett mall way store was awesome, wish I could reber the girl that helped us...she was awesome...I think they got Playboy account so they have such a bigger and better selection of lingerie now..and the toy selection is getting better too...thanks ladies!! Well lady.. 🤣
