I absolutely love Walkers furniture! I have had great service and help making selections for my new home! Chris, my sales woman, was knowledgeable and so helpful! She gave me time to make my selections and helped to make everything just perfect! I have bedroom furnitures, a recliner and a sofa from them right now! I am awaiting my new dining room table and chairs and can’t wait! I am so pleased! The quality of the furniture and the service they provide are top notch! I highly recommend them!

Nina was excellent! Very friendly and personable. We had been to other mattress places and walked out after a few minutes because the staff didn’t really seem like they wanted to help us find a mattress. Great prices and excellent customer service! Ask for Nina!

We shopped for 6 months to find the perfect electric reclining couches/sectionals in Spokane. We finally found our match at Walkers! And even though one motor failed after 2 months, they made the process of ordering and installing the motor easy and efficient. We had such a great experience, we bought a bed for our guest room there 3 weeks ago! Appreciate your customer service and we like supporting a local, family owned establishment.

The young sale person who sold a couch and mattress to use was great. She was very professional and caring about are concerns and didn't try to push anything on us that we didn't want. The manager on the other hand was little pushy and just wanted to make a sale. Overall his attitude was not a good one. The delivery was good, except they didn't plug in all of the wires I ended up doing it myself.

Very happy with the purchase had set up to drop off and I’ll bring in my house upon inspection found hole in the couch I called them they are replacing no questions asked and will set up at no cost due to issue very pleased with the communication and the help by my salesperson and the manager I’ll be back again and refer these guys to everyone

The young lady we worked with, was very polite, understood, and knew her products, and very helpful. The individuals who delivered the furniture were prompt, very nice, and cleaned up nicely, and asked if there were any questions. I would suggest walkers furniture.

Nina was very helpful and patient with us as we tried to make up our minds about a new couch. She helped us pick out the couch and the color of material. She showed us tons of samples over and over. We even were able to check out our top three samples to take home. We were able to pick out what we wanted and ordered our couch today! So very excited!!!
