Tresa is an awesome attorney! She was recommended to me by a friend and I have recommended her to other friends. Tresa got me named as primary parent on our parenting plan and she got me child support! I would recommend her for any child custody case. She knew what the best situation was for my daughter and we got there. We started with a 50/50 agreement and my ex couldn’t make that work. I am extremely happy that I have my daughter all the time that I do and that is thanks to Tresa!

We are actual clients of Tresa and I have seen recently that there are many trolls online and none of which are true about Tresa. Tresa is extremely professional and diligent in her work. She is aggressive and thorough in everything that she does. I appreciated her wealth of knowledge in assisting my family fight what we deserved. I would highly recommend Tresa and her team!!

Tressa got me 50/50 custody and no child support and stop my ex from moving my son across the state. He started pre school here in Washington. Tressa and her team started as lawyers now they're family. Meeting them was the best thing that ever happened for my son and I.

Tresa and her team are extremely knowledgeable, very responsive and have won for me every time in court. I first retained Tresa in 2021 and my ex has taken me to court at least 1-2 times per year since. Tresa won a contempt case against the mother, but more notably Tresa won a full trial to prevent child relocation. WA state relocation law favors the parent with more residential time and in my case that is the mother. I have a typical EOW and mid-week visit parenting plan. However, Tresa successfully won a full trial and prevented my ex from moving out of state with our child. Other attorneys told me I had a 10% chance to win just due to the law. Nonetheless, Tresa fought hard for me. She is absolutely fantastic and puts your wishes first. She’s extremely knowledgeable about family law and I would recommend her to anyone!

This should be the only review that you’ll need to read and I am going to speak very honestly about my experience in the Washington State family court system over the past two years.

This custody case involving my two children was undoubtably the hardest thing I have ever been through in my life. I felt like I was stuck in the fight of my life with no end in sight just so I could be a good dad for my kids, the dad they need in their life.

After this tribulation I understand why some men give up and walk away. It can be too much at times, however I did not give up. I had a huge amount of support and an entire team backing me. Tresa, Karen and everyone at Sadler Law Firm took my case personally just as my own family did. They fought hard for what was right through out the entire process. Tresa is very smart and knows the law extremely well. It was, at times almost embarrassing for opposing counsel.

Over and over again I thought the walls were closing in on me and she was always there to offer advice or direction on how to proceed. Weekends, evenings, even while I was away at work using a satellite phone and a third party messaging application it did not matter. I always felt like my sometimes dumb and irrational questions were heard and answered.
Never once during this entire process did I question that I had made the wrong choice in hiring Tresa as my attorney.

Tresa was able to secure for my kids and I the time we deserve together, a fair child support amount and believe it or not court ordered visitation for my parents while I am out of state at work.

I don’t even know where to start with my husband’s case. Long story short my husband had been bullied by his ex-wife for 10 years (we couldn’t afford representation). He paid $650/month in child support for one child and his ex made it next to impossible for him to see or to have any sort of a relationship with the child. A little over a year ago my husbands ex wife filed a petition to amend the support order in hopes of getting awarded a $30,000 and a $2000 judgment against my husband. She had assumed we wouldn’t retain an attorney and didn’t submit supporting documentation with her petition (which made her look like a fool). Tresa and her staff were super responsive and supportive during an extremely difficult time and beyond helpful with the decision process. Tresa definitely had my husbands best interest at heart and guided us through this stressful and difficult process with compassion. Tresa is a no frills, fact based attorney who will be your biggest advocate. Their response time was unbelievably quick and even with stupid questions (and I had A LOT of them!). The best family law firm! A few weeks ago, I was referred here by another law firm., the receptionist was so kind and helpful. Katherine guided through the possible legal options available for me, after a few minutes, we agreed on a plan and shortly after started gathering information needed.
I was in distress, anybody can after false accusations that would put my record in jeopardy. Katherine appeared in all the court sessions promptly and presented such a strong defense and in a few minutes, case was dismissed.
My sincere gratitude to Katherine and the whole team for professional service which is truly exemplary. Maybe you need to start subscriptions plans(members club) in future 😂😂😂.. I highly recommend

When I first met Tresa, I was a tattered shell of a person, fighting to keep my little girl. My very first consultation, Mrs. Sadler looked at me and said " your daughter is now my daughter", and she fought like she was losing her own child. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and she never gave up on us or filled my head with false hope. She was honest and willing to think outside the box. Tresa and her whole team took me under their wing and helped me through the most difficult time in my life.
Tresa is dedicated, compassionate, and hard working. I was dealing with a criminal case ( not against me) and a custody case, all at the same time. Not once did Tresa or her team ever judge me, but they went above and beyond to support us and help us through each case ( THE CRIMINAL WAS NOT EVEN HER CASE!!), if that doesn't say what amazing attorney she is, I don't know what does.

Tresa represented me for several years in a nasty child custody battle that was an endless barrage of court motions being filed by the other party. Tresa handled my case with great professionalism and went above and beyond what I paid her to do (eg: she never nickel and dimed me and really should have been paid more for her time because she spent far more time on my case than she charged me for.).

After Tresa took over my case (I had no attorney prior), it quickly began improving. She was able to get me a far more balanced and fair visitation schedule, and successfully had my case moved from Spokane County to Snohomish County where we live.

I will forever be grateful to Tresa for all of the hard work and care that she put into my case. She isn't only a great attorney, but I really, really like her a lot as a person.

Her interest is in making money, even when that means separating children from their loving fathers. She does not care about your family’s well-being; she cares about her bank account. I absolutely do not recommend hiring her.

Teresa Sadler could be the worst person I have ever met. She has no moral or ethical values. I would strongly suggest no one use her as an attorney if you care about your kids!

My husband hired Tresa for his case, but I was very much involved in ALL aspects of it, so I have knowledge of all incidents. I wanted his case finalized before writing this review, which is why it has taken quite some time. He was referred to her by a co-worker. At first Tresa really seemed like a great choice, but after SEVERAL thousands of dollars and months of jumping through continuous hoops, we realized that she was not the right fit. I won't go into every detail about what led to parting ways, but it's important I highlight a few. Her office made several errors including: filing the wrong documents, filing in the wrong county, showing up to court nearly late not knowing details of the case or mixing them up with another one she scheduled back to back, etc... Additionally, her office neglected to inform my husband of communication from the opposing counsel, causing even more issues and costing my husband more money by not following through on issues we thought she had settled (of which we only found out about after parting ways). Her office did not work in my husbands best interest, and in fact the other side got more benefits from her office than he did. Anytime something would come up their response was "make it happen." Instead of working for him and his benefit. The lectures were not asked for or warranted. The icing on the cake and what led to ending the professional relationship was a member of Tresa's office accidentally cc'ing my husband on an email she sent that was calling him names, and bad mouthing him. When a reply was sent regarding their lack of professionalism the only excuse we got was that they are human and it was a mistake that he got cc'ed. Ummm...No, it was a mistake that you talked so poorly about your client. This lack of professionalism right here is why the 1 star and why I even left a review at all. Attorney's are expensive, and divorce cases are STRESSFUL and lengthy. You need someone on YOUR side who will work with and for YOU. In our experience, Tresa is not it.
The attorney my husband hired after Tresa actually was successful for him, and left him better off than when he hired them. This includes: reduced child support payments, reduced cost split of other expenses, and a parenting plan with regular residential time. None of which Tresa did.

This Woman is a Dirty Attorney, She added provisions into my Child Support Order that was not approved by me or any Judge and I am presuming this with the proper authority’s.
