Pappasito's Cantina

We were recommended this place by my sister in law and a friend and it was pretty good. The atmosphere is cool, they make their tortillas in house. I got the fish and shrimp I think it’s the halibut. It was tasty. My wife got the stake fajitas and she loved them as well.

Delicious food and wonderful staff!!! Visited this location at recommendation of a visitor center service (Farmers Branch) and it did not disappoint!! On a Saturday night the restaurant was quite full with a 15-20 minute wait but we got seated at the bar right away. I had low expectations of bar service in a big place like this but Milton and Alexandra blew jt out of the water!!! Not only did they give great food recommendations, but they also worked so well as a team to take care of us. We never sensed any competition of lack of communication between them...they were a team. Milton and Alexandria brought our food promptly and the serving sizes were plentiful. They cleared our plates and refilled our drinks before we even knew we needed it. We asked to see their manager, Keith, to tell him how great Milton and Alexandria are as well as the food. Would recommend the quest with beef, Plato Del Mar (shrimp and beef), corn tortillas and Cajeta! Big portions at a great price!

I have eating here before, and both times enjoyed it. The food is great, and the service is fantastic. I will definitely eat here again.

This was the best fajitas Ive ever had. There was a problem with one piece of the meat and Nelda made it right. She took great care of us. Our server Victor was also amazing. Very kind..attentive and knew just what to suggest. We will most definitely be returning. Great food!! Great service!!

Alexandria was an amazing host. She ascertained satisfaction and built rapport with our party. There were many of us and share didn’t break a sweat. I appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Awesome place to eat. Great food. Lovely atmosphere.

We went to this location to meet with clients for a relaxed work conversation. I picked the Texas Redfish on the Halfshell because I like trying new kinds of fish and it seemed like a good choice for my first meal of the trip.

It was served sizzling hot and steaming on a broiler Platter with shrimp, Avocado and a tomatillo sauce. I thought it was great! I added some of our guacamole and salsa from the table and it was a great light lunch. The black beans and rice were also good but pretty typical.

Service was very nice and attentive, the building was spacious and we weren't too close to anyone else. They were busy for lunch but our food came out quickly.

I'm sure there are other Tex Mex experiences in the Dallas area but I had a good time at this Pappasito's location and would recommend to anybody passing through.

Visiting here from GA to play at the 2023 Pickleball Nationals and Carlos from the Farmers Brach visitors bereua recommended this place. We sat the bar, and was served by Milton and Alexandria. Outstanding teamwork from those 2! Plus, we tried their recommendations, and it was all super delicious! The queso appetizer was my fave. The coconut icecream was super yums. The way they all helped us with the food and how to eat it the way locals did was great. The cleanliness of the restaurant was great, and the thoroughness of how they cleaned our table in between courses was exemplary. Great team, great leadership. We also had the opportunity to talk to Keith, the gen mgr, and he was appreciative and helped me feel better about being comfortable as a military veteran.

Always a favorite. Food service is always excellent and the food is simply delicious! High quality ingredients and you can definitely taste it. I highly suggest Papasitos grilled skewer and the fried ice cream. There is always a wait but it is well worth it. The best real flour tortillas..

We made reservations around 4:30 PM for the same Saturday night at 5:45 PM. I'm so glad we did because when we arrived around 5:30 PM it seemed very empty but very quickly it got super crowded and the reservation seemed necessary! We were seated around 5:50 PM and before we even ordered a drink a manager came by and apologized and asked us to move tables (they needed our table to combine for a larger party). We happily obliged and she proactively offered us a complimentary appetizer. Once we were seated we picked out drinks and our server, Scott, came by. He seemed "fine" at first - average, nothing special. As the evening went on, we really came to appreciate him and his over the top customer-centric attitude. He helped us choose dishes, offered us a complimentary extra from a table that didn't want what was offered, and was just super kind to us. The food was excellent - so MUCH FOOD, as always - and the service just made for an extra special evening. We will be back and will definitely be looking out for Scott as a server!

ONE OF MY TOP 5 FAVORITE TX RESTAURANTS I love the crunchy taco so much! It's like a gourmet version of your at home crunchy taco kit, and the strawberry margaritas are the best treat. First stop every time I'm in Dallas!! (Airport or otherwise)

We came into Pappasito’s at 9 pm on a Friday night after a district winning basketball game . . . With 50 people! Juanita, the manager on shift, did a tremendous job of getting us seated literally within minutes of arrival. The food was phenomenal and everyone treated us kindly. Can’t recommend this place enough.

During our visit, the food was so amazing, we had to go back a second time. Honestly speaking, the first time the cooks completely messed up our order, well they did so on the second time as well. However, the manager and the servers were on top of it and got everything straightened out. This is definitely probably going to be a routine place that we patronize

Always good memories at Pappasitos

LOVE Pappasito's and am so happy I got to have lunch here today! We arrived right around 11AM and was able to get a great parking spot and seated as soon as we went in 🙂 We ordered fajitas for two- steak and chicken and it came with sides of rice and beans for both of us. Their fresh chips and salsa was delicious too.

Consistently delicious! Our server Dyon was fabulous.
Only question is...When are they gonna open one in NW Arkansas?!?

Best Enchiladas I’ve had since I was a kid. I use to go to a local mom and pop Mexican restaurant with my parent as a kid, their enchiladas were some of the best. Sadly that restaurant closed down and I have struggled to find a good Mexican or Tex-Mex restaurant with the same delicious enchiladas I remember as a kid… that is until I found about Pappasito’s Cantina. Hands down the best Tex-Mex food around the DFW area. We had a large gathering and everyone got different plates, all the plates were delicious! My only complaint would be the salsas, their too sweet for my liking, I prefer a bit more spice but to each is own.

Our family was at a viewing for my Uncle on 2/26/24. Afterwards, there were 30 of us that wanted to go to Pappasito’s Cantina in Dallas, off of Lombardy Lane. I called ahead and told the manager Kevin, that we were coming. When we arrived it was an hour wait.
We had several elders that have not eaten for a while and need to take medication. So, Kevin was so kind that he let us all sit in an area inside of his restaurant so we can order drinks and appetizers until our tables were ready.

About 30 minutes later Kevin informed me that they had a large party that was canceled and his employees are getting our tables together.

Thanks to our fantastic waiters, Kevin and JC. They provided excellent service throughout our visit. But, a special thanks to the manager Kevin. For his attentiveness and professionalism that made our dining experience truly enjoyable.

I highly recommend Pappasito’s Cantina in Dallas if you are looking for a memorable dining experience in Dallas.

Every single thing that I've tried its just amazing.
Our waitress this time was always happy, friendly and she knew all the menú in an amazing way, she knew everything about it!
It just took a few minutes to get everything ready and every single thing was really tasty.
