Direct Factory Furniture

So happy with Jason and Direct Factory for selling us a reclining sofa and chair. We bought the leather set on Saturday and they delivered and setup on Tuesday. They also pick up the old set and take it to Fremont recycling for only $120.
In this day and age where customer service is hard to find, I want to say how happy we are to have found this business😀

This store is amazing.

We walked in to buy a couch & bed for the house. Customer service was great. They had great variety of products to look at. The salesperson was nice enough to get to know our needs & made useful suggestions & feedbacks & answered our questions. Tried out a lot of stuff here. Overall a good store to consider to buy furniture from.

Love our new couch. We looked all over the place, but none were quite right. Stopped here, and there were so many we liked that we had a hard time deciding. Arrived way before the scheduled delivery date, and the guys setting it up were fast. Hope to purchase the matching loveseat in the future.

Their prices are very reasonable and they are willing to negotiate with you since none their prices are set in stone. Highly recommend to somebody looking for good quality furniture for a reasonable price. They are cheaper than wayfair and Macy's for the same style furniture.
