My husband wanted a massage chair for years. I finally gave in and got him one for his birthday. Not only has it dramatically reduced carpal tunnel in his wrists and reduced pain in his hips, but I also love it so much that we row sham bow to vie for turns in it. Mathew is a truly excellent sales person. He knows the products in detail, and took the time with us to ensure we ended up with the best chair to suit our needs. He even made special modifications to the arms of our chair so it gave my husband the right fit to help his carpal tunnel. We simply could not be more satisfied customers.
I am not one to write reviews, but had to share this experience.

I had been searching a while for a good massage chair due to my back pain. My friend had recommended this store to me so I decided to check it out. I was initially greeted by Aaron and he really spent the time explaining the massage chairs with my wife and I. After testing all the chairs answering my questions, I ended up picking this chair and have enjoyed it! My back has improved greatly and I have already recommended this place and Aaron to my friends!

I came to Valley Fair just to take a walk and I stumbled upon this store which I was just going to take a look around and maybe get a free massage or two lol. Little did I know that I would meet Aaron who really blew me away with his technical expertise in massage chairs pretty much knowing the intracacies of all the massage chairs in the store. I mentioned I love deep tissue massages and he recommended the Panasonic brand because they are the only ones thar are FDA approved for handicapped/disability so they really get deep into your muscles. There were a couple other brands he recommended for deep tissue but I kept going back to the Panasonic partly because Aaron has one himself to help his mom's disability so I thought if he, who knows pretty much everything about massage chairs has a Panasonic, then it must be good. I ended up contemplating between the MAK1 (newest version) and the MAJ7 and I really couldn't decide because they are both so good but Aaron and I decided if I were to go big, might as well go with the MAK1 and I love it!!! Really gets to every part of your body and does it deeply and thoroughly which is key. I just receieved it yesterday and they assembled it and tested it out in under 10 minutes and I've already had like 10 massages lol. If you really want a high quality massage chair for your needs, I would HIGHLY recommend going to this store and ask for Aaron and he'll hook you up from there! :)

The owner, Matt, is an absolute star. He took the time to let us try out every chair in the store until we found the perfect fit for us. The range of brands they carry is top-notch, with options available at various price points. Matt really listened to what we needed and gave us some awesome recommendations based on our preferences.

We ended up going with the Panasonic MAK-1, and it's been a game-changer. This chair offers a variety of massage techniques like shiatsu, kneading, rolling, and air compression. And let me tell you, Matt never once pressured us into making a purchase. He genuinely wanted us to find the right solution for our needs. We even came back twice to be absolutely sure, and Matt was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. It's an investment in our physical and mental well-being that we feel is worth every single penny.

Aaron was extremely patient and went through pros and cons of the chairs. He has a great knowledge and understood our needs and most importantly he helped us with a great deal. Definitely a goto guy for massage chair. Btw the shop has great selection of chairs and shopping environment was relax.

We really liked the Hutech GTS9 massage chair. It has very new features that none of the other options in the market has.

We had excellent experiences getting our massage chair from Matt. I have been looking for a massage chair for a while, and one of my friends recommended me to this place, saying that they have the best customer service. We came to the store late during Labor day, and the sales person, Matt, was very patient to introduce us to try different massage chairs and answered all the questions we were having. He held us to find the best match for us and did not push us from buying. The chair finally arrived, and it works fantastic for us. I would definitely recommend it to all of my friends.

Aaron and Gabe were excellent! Kind and patient while my whole family tried our a variety of the massage chairs. They were so comfortable my dad took a picture of their card at a trade show last week and we sought out again at a later day at valley fair. They are so comfortable my dad nearly fell asleep in them, and he bought one on the spot because how much better his back felt after trialing several sessions in 3 different chairs. Last week we bought our Panasonic massage chair here. The owner is very kind. He gave us very detailed instructions to the chair and let us try out different massage modes.
The delivery service is arranged for the next week. Very speedy! The delivery service is excellent.
The day I received it, I sit on the chair for almost 2 hours and almost fall asleep. It is a great help to my back and shoulder pain. The motor is very adjustable so it can be really precise on the pain point.

It also has numerous options to suit each of or needs At age 77 this chair relieves stiffness and aching joints and has given us more vitality. The customer service is superior as well as delivery and set up. We are thrilled to have discovered the benefits and it is a valued purchase for us.

The delivery and assembly was great( and free)! They promised me I will get it in a week but got it in 2 days!

Why Trust?
They only charged me the deposit but haven’t charge me the whole amount. They delivered it but still didn’t charge my card yet because my %0 interest card still not arrived yet. (I will pay them with my new card in next 7-10 days when I receive the Credit card)

We travelled almost an hour from home to come here specifically because our friend recommended it and we definitely made the right choice! We worked with Oya who helped us try all the different chairs and different modes, explaining all the different functions and differences. The massage chair world can definitely be confusing, but she made it super simple. We ended up picking the D. Core chair because of the great shiatsu massage and we use it almost every day.
