Owen and Zaria were incredibly helpful while helping my father get his new phone and aided us to switch our internet plan to AT&T. The staff was so nice. Such a good experience. A couple of happy customers.

After 15 hrs of calls with AT&T, and numerous trips to various AT&T stores, finally, Tobi, my savior, has succeeded where 15 other folks have failed on an issue that has been causing me problems for weeks. If you need anything, Tobi is your man. He is by far the best AT&T rep I have ever worked with.

We came into AT&T having problems transferring our consumer account to a business account. After trying countless corporate stores we came to this one in Westfield Valley Fair Mall where Jairo and Jesse (manager) finally managed to help us out. They were super patient and helpful and made the process as easy as they could and ended up fixing the problem we had. Highly recommend, great customer service.

Jairo and Jesse are great people! We went to four different ATT store and they were able to help us out with transferring our personal lines to our business account.
