Great service always!!!! I recently switched insurance providers and was in need of assistance setting up a new payment plan. Diana was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. The previous providers had dropped the ball with our coverage and we had to make backed-up payments. She went far and beyond to reach out to them to modify the payment arrangement according to an amount that works for my budget. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from WPIG. Their willingness to work with me and their dedication to customer service really set them apart. I will be the first to admit, I hate dealing with insurance agents. Feels like a lot of baseball talk, a lot of hoops to jump through only with sub par service or for them to be unresponsive when you need them the most. Why pay all this money only to be greeted by a phone tree?

Gabe has redeemed by lack of faith in the insurance industry. I was referred to him by a friend when I was looking for homeowners insurance. He immediately got in touch, made me feel taken care of and saved me money on my current auto policy. Then a couple months later when my car got broken into Gabe was available right away at 6pm in the evening answering questions and filing my claim. Geico or State Farm did not do this.

Gabe has always been direct, helpful and responsive especially during stressful times. Really this is the kind of service we should all be getting from our insurance carriers.
