New review! Expert Plumbing did an EXCELLENT job replacing our old Tankless Waterheater with a much better, energy-efficient Tankless Waterheater! At a great price, about half of what i was expecting! For the first time since we have lived in this house, we now have hot water instantly at the sinks in our master bathroom, and in the shower, which previously had to run for like 4 minutes to get any hot water! We are definitely going to use Expert Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs!

In fact, we had them out today to repair a leaking toilet, and to see about installing a new washer & Dryer!!!

And today, we had them out for a clogged master bathroom toilet! They were out within 45 minutes of my call, and our toilet was fixed for a bit less than Roto-Rooter would have charged! $425 for a functioning toilet? Priceless!!!

My experience with Expert Plumbing for a copper pipe repair was excellent overall. I would certainly call them for future needs. It was easy to schedule, and I was advised of the fee for an on-site estimate (which was not rolled into the repair fee). Jacob arrived on time, was professional, friendly and efficient in his flat-fee repair. The only issue I have is that we live in a time and place of surreal costs of professional goods and services.

While we did not initially want our old water heater to quit working, once we started the search for the subsequent repair or replace, all the team members at Expert were truly Experts and incredibly helpful. Their 5 star rating from others is reinforced with us today. We are very happy with all aspects.

The Expert Plumbing team of Jacob and Ben did a fantastic job of installing a pressure relief valve and replacing our 70-year-old drain lines within a shallow crawl space. Jacob explained the entire job beforehand and confirmed their completed work with a short exit briefing with pictures and by physically showing old parts that were causing drainage blockages. His 16 years of experience was nice to have on this job. Will go back to them when needed.

Ariel from Expert Plumbing was prompt and efficient with his service call to replace my defective main water shut off valve. He replaced the valve and also added a pressure regulator, which my previous installation lacked. Great service from Expert Plumbing, I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. And if this your first visit, they will perform a check on your hot water heater as well!

Timely, Professional and Highly Efficient! Those are the words that come to mind after my first experience with Expert Plumbing. 10 days away from closing on a property we discovered the need for some serious main sewer line work that would involve city government permits and inspection. Talal was a welcome sight on day one. His demeanor and confidence put me at ease. The rest of the crew got to work and cured our problems'. Expert Plumbing handled the City & County government and we closed the property sale on time. I was truly amazed!!

Jacob was on time, efficient, friendly, and did a free inspection of other things related to plumbing. If I need help with other plumbing issues (I hope I won't), I would be happy if Jacob were the technician. Our water was shut off by the City due to a water leak!!! I called Expert Plumbing on a Thursday night!!! I talked to Talal that evening and told him that I had leak at the meter out on the sidewalk!!! I told him I had to have water!! He said it was going to be an intense job and that he would call me back!! About an hour later he called and said he will go out in morning and check out what needs to be done and get back with what needs to be fixed and when!!! I told him I had to have water!!! Well they did it and I can’t say enough how pleased we were with getting job done and the professionalism of which they did the work!!! Absolutely not a problem getting the job done!!! I have used this plumbing company several times, always to my complete satisfaction. Jacob was on time, explained the projects completely and, of course, installed the necessary appliances quickly then cleaned up completely. This is a good efficient company.

I had a problem that needed immediate attention. Expert Plumbing came right out, gave me a fair bid, squeezed me into the schedule, always came on time and cleaned up after the job. All the workers were very nice and polite. But , most important, they fixed my problem!

I called about a water leak under our house Saturday morning and Expert Plumbing had someone there by Saturday afternoon.
