With the loss of Fry's electronics, Best buy is the only game in town if you need a computer, TV I'm a technology item printer etc. They do a good job of stocking most major state of the art tech with a good selection at fair prices. Best buy's staff are hit and miss sometimes you can find somebody that knows what they're talking about, sometimes their staff or not engaged or not knowledgeable about their subject matter. If you're looking for something mainstream enough to be featured in the store it's a great place to go look at it check it out talk to the sales rep who might know something and get some input before you pull the trigger. Best buy's pricing is similar to everybody else and they stand behind it so it's definitely worth going there.

I bought a SUNPAK Essential Vlogging Kit. And I got to say I am very satisfied. The lighting is superb. This is one of the best stores I've been. The pictures using the Kit.

Only game in town to get your hands (literally only physical location) on electronics. Of course, Santa Row is already nice and thus the store is too. Good selection and reasonable prices if you want something now

Best Buy is one of the most known go to shopping spots across the states and this branch is situated in San Jose area.
During my visit to San Jose, I explored this Best Buy store and it was worth it, they have got almost all the lifestyle, electronic items etc for fulfilling the household shopping needs.

The staff is super-helpful and the service is quite fast, talking about the variety of products, I'd say they've got you all covered with their offerings.

Needed security cameras, I know nothing about this. Talked to a young man working the floor about the cameras,he suggested the cameras I purchased. If I didn't like them,return them. They were a little cheaper! OK. The young woman at the checkout was even more helpful. Helping me with installing the cameras, geek skwad, saving money on other things. Geek skwad showed up on time. Great instalation. Friendly guy, lots of info on how to use the system. Clean fast. In all worked VERY WELL!!!

Staff is super helpful! Choosing a laptop to invest in is hard, but Ovi helped me choose the best one for my situation. He was polite, friendly and he knows his stuff. Give that man a raise!

Got a 65” tv that was “open box” while labor day sale was happening for only $330. Mount for it was only $80. Amazing help from workers at the shop. If I need anything I can get at best buy, I will come back to this one. So accommodating and respectful!

Their $49/yr My Best Buy program is pretty good... Especially if you buy something that has a special price - making the annual plan free or highly subsidized.
The Santana Row store is huge and well stocked.

They have every single electronic item you are looking for..huge Collection.. loved how they organised things and also the staff are super helpful..(forgot his name ☹)..

Only giving 5 stars because this is like the only place left where you can buy “ArchaicPod Pros” aka the headphones with the male insert.

I needed a laptop for school but was torn about which one to get. I was set on Apple, but couldn’t decide between the Pro and the Air. Collin was an excellent guide to help me choose!! He was mindful of my budget, my processor speed needs, the type of work I would be doing, screen size, etc. He was seriously so knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I’m confident that I made the right choice thanks to his help. My MacBook Air works wonderfully.
