Shoe Palace

This place was busy when I came in to shop, but all the staff members were awesome. They were always asking if I needed help with anything so it made it super easy and quick for me to be in and out. They didn't have shoe sizes I needed for air forces but that was okay. I still was able to make some great purchases with a scarface jacket and some Nike sweat pants. I ALWAYS love shopping at Shoe Palace, they continue to have great options and variety.

Keep up the amazing customer service. I saw the same shoes in other stores near you, but just didn’t feel like buying, no one was even interested in selling them it felt like.

As soon as I walked in your store, I was greeted with enthusiasm, assigned to a person who happily helped me find what I needed, and I walked out in 5 minutes and purchased additional items I didn’t even really need.

Other stores should learn from your team.

I think some of the negative reviews could be from your petty competitors.

(I've seen this a common trend in so many stores these days. Employees are busy on their phones and talking to their coworkers rather than serve customers. There's no sense of ownership. Is it because of the high employee turnover rate? Or does the management not train their employees right? I'm not sure..
In Asian countries, the service is so much better in restaurants, malls, stores..)

So I went to shoe palace with my girl to get some new Jordan’s but this worker named Jaime I think his name was called but for some reason he kept telling her she’s a bop and then for some reason he kept tell me to squabble up, on my momma and fasho he was pretty weird and he also tried to give me head but I ran away with my girl we were so scared and yesterday he dms my girl a pp pic and said my thing is small fasho. But tbh Jaime helped me out a lot.

That employee "jaime" told me to "squabble tf up" I was mildly shocked but I would expect that from an ms-13 leader. Overall Jaime was really helpful with the sloppy toppy in the back😫 would recommend.

My family and I came up from LA and we were so impressed and pleased with Julio’s customer service. I would recommend this place if you want excellent customer service and wide range of choices. Thank you Julio! We will be back next time around.

Employee James was super helpful usually I don’t know my style and James was very quick to help me find a outfit that I enjoyed. Would return 10/10 service

I went Aug 14, 2017 to get a pair of replacement shoes as my air forces weared out and needed new one A dude helped me find my size and a girl helped me at the check out. Real fast service

An employee by the name of James said “squabble up foo” and took me to the back for some kicks, but I ended up getting more than just shoes😏would def come back for more😩

the store has a very good selection of shoes at competitive prices to what is found online and at other stores. the staff are friendly and they let you try on the shoes before you buy them.

I belive the employee whos name is james took me to the back and showed me his dido colletion, I was very furious😡🤬🤬

Awesome place I love the shoe selection and it has a very cool interior. I don't usually come but when I do I always have a good experience.
