Region Market

The Region Market taqueria just might be my new favorite in town. This recently-remodeled Mexican grocery store is serving up the best carne asada in Morgan Hill, and I don't say that lightly.

If the outstanding quality and flavor of the meat weren't enough, this taqueria also gives you endless options for customization, and all of it is included. You could get a different burrito every day of the year if you wanted to, and after you try this place, you probably will want to.

The atmosphere is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The order/payment process might be a little confusing your first time, and a few more tables and trash cans wouldn't hurt, but these are pretty small critiques.

After you finish your burrito, take a lap around the store; there's a lot more to see. Next time I'm back, I'm trying the made-to-order breakfast sandwiches. I will be back here often.

This place is cool. it's got a bakery/coffee shop, a taqueria, a butchery, and a tortilla factory

The Tacobar Taqueria gets it 5 stars. Great selection of delicious meats, fresh sides. Worth a visit just for the taqueria but you will find things you want to buy.

I shop here when i come from san jose to visit my son & his family. there is a wide variety of fresh carne (meat) and vegetables. the prices are fair it is always clean and the clerks are all helpful and friendly. they also have freshly cooked tamales at check-out. i recommend everyone to visit!!

Excellent Produce and Meat Departments. Prices are good and the service is even better. They have a great variety of Mexican foods. They also have Delivery Service at no charge. I feel fortunate to have this great store in our town.

I love this little market. Great produce, good meat market. If you need something, they have it! Not a huge selection of brands, but they have what you need for groceries.

Being new to Morgan hill I thought it was fantastic. Smaller than the big name, giant grocery stores which I love. Great produce, meat & fish counter and fast courteous staft. I will be doing all my shopping there from now on. Five stars

I've been there a few times. So far so good. The meat is good. Arrachera preparada ready to cook is hella delicious. Although the wait today was a bit longer.

Small, beautiful grocery store along the lines of Sprouts but with a large offering of Mexican foods. Expansive meat department, lots of variety of bulk seeds and nuts.

It's been a while since I'd been in there and their produce section and meat counter are wonderful! I'll definitely be back in.
