The Home Depot

First time visiting this branch since we have a Home Depot in Milpitas and I must say: great service, have everything you expect from a home depot and not as busy as the one in Milpitas.

We came in because my wife ordered bags of play sand for my son's sandbox. She said she asked for help from a female employee but she was in a bit of a mood.

Joe (or Joey) on the other hand, helped bring the sand bags in a cart to her and also helped ring us up on the cashier to buy additional items.

What I noticed was that he was very professional, attentive and showed great customer service. He asked multiple times if we needed help bringing it to our car and just had a smile the whole time.

We will be back for Christmas decoration shopping because of their great selection.

Home Depot you have a valuable employee who care about your customer he helping me professional patients and explaining all my questions his name is Nathan and definitely all ways will comeback at my number one Home Depot. Nathan thank you again have a great night

This is one of the most professional Home Depot’s in the area. Friendly staff and easy in/out access.

Richard, from the plumbing department, has been exceptionally helpful. He provided valuable assistance in repairing my toilet fill valve and sealing.

Home Depot seems to have what I need for pretty much every home repair scenario I have. I love having everything available to buy in one place. Returns are easy too. If you lose your receipt, they look up your purchase based on your credit card. Only problem with this store is product findability. It takes a while to learn where everything is.

Staff here is very helpful and friendly.
I always ask them for suggestions on products quality and options to choose. They are very professional.

Very helpful employees. Very clean and organized. Sometimes they have very good sales/clearance. And lovely flowers and cactus

I like to shop at Home Depot Santa Clara because I don’t have to spend time going around to look for helpers like other stores.
Most times when I was here, the store employees came and offered their help politely.
Just like today, Richard helped me to find irrigation parts and gave me useful advise in using them. He was patient, friendly, and super helpful! It saved me a lots of time and headaches. Thanks Richard. You’re a great employee!

As a person with very poor English, I took broken window screen to this home depot to find out how to fix it. I was so lucky I meet Rani in store. He was very friendly and gave me a lot of detailed suggestions about how to fixed it in a cheaper way. When I learned that I told him I didn't have any tools and repair experience, Rani helped me install a new window screen in store. Rani‘s help is really touching! Thank you so much Rani！！！

I love Home Depot, this one is kind of hidden so not as busy as the other ones so you can find parking close by and not to crowded, I love Home Depot what else can I say

I was looking for a location to drop off my Lithium Ion battery from my laptop and found out that certain Home Depot stores do accept them. The staff was helpful to guide and promptly help me. The battery drop off is located on right hand side inside the store entrance.

I had a great experience at the store today. The staff were helpful in locating items and checking out. The shelves were well stocked and I was able to get what I needed.

The Home Depot beats all the other comparable stores with similar goods. Their selection can not be beat. The ease of going into the store and finding a very consistent layout is a huge help.

It can be intimidating because they have a large inventory but ask a person in orange. They actually do care about your safety and your satisfaction.

I like this location- good parking and wide isles make it easy to navigate inside and out. The pro desk area is almost always the fastest checkout line, and you don’t need to be a pro to use it.

Baybeee I’m going to tell you how much the people here helped me get a graffiti stain out of my work jacket that saved my life their names are Cynthia and Martin Cynthia gave the best product when I tried everything she got it right!plus they let me get it out using their product that’s now discontinued with no charge and the rag too

Home Depot is an excellent source for everything house related and most industrial items as well. Staff is very friendly and courteous, and most importantly, helpful.

Like others that have reviewed this location, I've had multiple issues in the past with employees here that didn't want to help out customers, had bad attitudes toward customers, and just generally didn't want to do their jobs.

I came in today to get a 30 pack of T8 light bulbs for the office. They were located in top shelf stock, so I had to ask an associate to get it down for me. The associate was prompt, friendly, efficient, and got it done asap. He even double checked the item with me to make sure it was correct. Excellent service today and I appreciate it immensely.

A very helpful staff member asked if I needed help when looking for some specific things. I am 6 months pregnant and he was nice enough to help me lift an item and put it into my cart. At check out another staff member was very helpful and offered to have someone help me load the car. I had a great experience at this location!

Went to Home Depot in Santa Clara @ 9:00 AM 04/07/2022, with no one at the Appliance Dept. , a young male clerk took time out helping me to find someone to place a major order for my kitchen. Ms Nina Chang in Flooring Dept. really went out of her way helping me placing the order. She was very thoughtful and thorough. I've shopping at this location for more than 20 years, but never encounter someone as good as Ms Nina
