As we all know, Target is one of the strongest and best retail chains. There's no doubt about this fact. Regarding the Target branch in Santa Clara, the staff is incredibly kind. I particularly enjoy the presence of Pizza Hut and Starbucks within the store. Furthermore, the store is consistently clean, and everything is well-organized in its rightful place.

Plus Points:
*Good location (along El Camino Real rd. near a bus stop)
*Bought my iphone 12 and Airpods there.
*Excellent staff service :
Lorraine provides stellar customer service. She had to hunt for the only 2 sets left in the store for me. There were two other gentlemen (spoke Spanish fluently), both excellent service too!

Challenges:
*I think when people complain about customer services or the store, they tend to forget how incredibly challenging store work is. If there is a small problem and we as a customer can deal with it with frankly minimum inconvenience, i say just let that go and not write a nasty review here. The staff are not out to get you. I think when you are a nice customer, you usually don:t get terrible service. Can I get an Amen?

Target stores offer great selection, variety, availability, design, service and quality of products in every department along with great proximity. We are very glad to have them near us and go there when we need related items.

One of the best places to shop your daily and fancy needs… very helpful staffs always with a smile making your shopping seamless… red card adds to the saving on already reduced prices…

Target is a great store, however; whoever does the buying for the women's clothing lines, is missing the mark! Women Doo not dress like clowns and the material and patterns that the clothing lines are designed from, are hideous and so not flattering!

Please Target, hire a buyer who can make decisions that will match what women want to wear. Stop with all the weird items that if, I wore to my job, my manager would ask me to please go home and change into some thing more appropriate for the office and ditch the clown / country wagon get ups.

But none have left an impression as strong as Tatiana, the team lead at one of these locations.

Target is great. Love to order throughout a week or day and do drive-up or in-store pickup. This isn't a Super store but appreciate the smaller food section.

Target has always been one of my favorite stores, but genuinely, the staff are all so kind, and really understanding of disabilities. I had fainted in the store while with my friend and the staff were quick to help make sure I was safe and I was ok. Convenient and friendly staff. More importantly, I stayed safely in my car while buying the exact items I needed and for a great price. Love the "on my way" feature of their app. Wish all other online purchases are as simple.

Best Target ever! Extremely clean and well-organized, not to mention there's a Starbucks, CVS, and movie-theater popcorn inside! There's also Pizza Hut and icees for you to get all your fixes at once.

I've had very good experiences here ordering online and picking up. It's always quick and easy. Returns are easy, too. I just brought it to the customer service counter and got my money back no problem.

Needed to change cell phone carrier from Verizon to Consumer Cellular. There was some kind of glitch in the transfer and I could not use my phone to make phone calls, text, or voice message. I came into the Santa Clara Target and Zack Gilson was there to help me with my problem. Zach carefully listened to my laments, trying to figure out what could cause my phone not to work properly. After checking some settings, he called Verizon and Consumer Cellular. Zach was so polite and friendly on the phone with the carrier customer service reps. After going back and forth, the problem was found and resolved. He checked to make sure everything was working properly before sending me off. Thank you so much, Zach!!!! I felt lost without the use of my phone. You put a big smile on my face. Target is very lucky to have such as a wonderful employee!

Store pick-up is simple. Target has a vast selection in every category, and at great prices. When ever I need to find something and not sure where to start, I always check target, and often find the item I want. Shipping and store pickup are always simple and convenient, and recommend this method to all my friends. Great place!
